Vampiric Broth
Tonight I awakened in the belly of a boiling cauldron
The same life remembered is the one forgotton.
I looked to my maker, who spoke where she stood
"You live by the blood and die by the wood."
I felt the power in my blood and, at once, understood.
I stepped out of that house, into my neighborhood.
And now...when you see me accross the club,
And I have a taste for your blood.
When you see my head floating through the crowd,
and you hear my heartbeat though the music's loud,
When your metal clasp collar is suddenly loose.
It will be to late for your right to choose.
I will drain you dry of all your life juice,
And add you....to my vampiric brew.
Where I was born, In the bell of a boiling cauldron
The same life remembered is the one forgotton.
