About me. Not sure what to write about me. I am boring hence the name.

I work,
Like my job even though it is very frustrating most of the time. I work for a state corrections department, inside a minimum prison.

I have kids and Grand kids.
I lost my son several years ago and still miss him alot. But I have 3 daughters who are great, an 19 year old grandson and a grand-daughter 9 and another grandson about to turn 12.

Not married, got a divorce and lost 250 pounds of trash.

I wouldn't mind meeting a good man someday. But can take care of myself. A friend would be fun to have for the little things.

I like to sew, scrapbook, make cards, do bead work, and what ever looks interesting. I love to garden, but live in an apartment. Taking walks and enjoying looking for pretty rocks use to be something I did, hoping after back surgery I will be able to get back to doing the out door stuff again.

Time to update the profile. Or anyway one of my kids just suggested it so here goes..


I want to do something. I don't know what. Just something different and interesting. (nothing new here)

The kids are grownup, anyway the ages say they are. So I want a life. (kids are still grownup, they act like it most of the time)

Things I want to do: Go to a bar. Buy a car. Buy a house. Meet new friends. Have fun, as soon as I figure out what fun is. Have a boyfriend, a man that is fun to be with, that is honest, not controlling, not a weirdo. Be able to relax and just enjoy the moment. Stop being the responsible one. (Ok I bought a car sofar that is it for this section)

    Had a good day here too. The fireworks were awesome. Started off like they lit everything off at once. Had some new things. Hard to explain but they were cool. Lasted about 45 minutes. only one tiny break in the action. The BBQ was pretty much over but we got fed anyway! Jared was talking with a grampa type guy and his wife told us we had to eat. So, we joined them Had a lot of fun talking about the"old days". Goodnight

    Got up early :(I had to go sweep the sidewalk in front because the bar idiots smashed beer bottles all over lastnight :( I swept them up and put them in a bag and took them to the bar. Told the bar owner that I was tired of all the broken glass shattered all over the street by the drunk idiots they serve. Plus I didn't want little kids getting hurt while picking up candy at the parade.The parade was pretty good this year. From what I hear, they raised a lot of money again for the fireworks. Yay! We are walking over its going to be crowded. The fireworks association is having food booths and stuff. Some kind of BBQ. They are selling tickets, 5 dollars per person. Thats cheaper than doing it yourself! No fuss, no mess :D So thats what we are doing tonight. Plus they are having a live band.

    I read the article. I'm skeptical. Its funny though..I eat orange peels...Maybe I should eat more We have a new chick at work for a grader. She came from swing shift. I have to train her on how to grade, but she is learning quick. She is ocd about how her loads look. Just like me I think she will be a good edition to dayshift. I hope we get to keep her. I think Ernie wants to split us up though. We have too much fun. Save some strawberry jelly for me!

    Pectin? Seriously? Ok. My arm is improving. YAY! Still looks pretty nasty and I will have an ugly scar I'll just have to wear long sleeves.I'm depressed. Oh well. I'll just suck it up and deal with it. Blah. Blah blah.

    I didn't think of it because I thought you already knew. We DID talk about it last night. Its no big deal. Its healing better now. Now that I have it covered and stuff. It finally scabbed over. Only problem with that is it breaks open every time I move my arm.

    Work sucks! We are now 6 days a week. I hate life. I hurt everywhere. I felt like crying today. Steve won't fire me and neither will Vickers. He told me NO! I will NOT fire you. I was like FINE. pull my wood then! And he did. For about 30 seconds. He was like, I don't know how you can do this?! So I called him a pussy. He laughed at me! WTF?!

    No, Im not going to quit. Yet. We are doing twice the work with less people and its really hard. We put out 65 loads of C grade before lunch yesterday. Lunch break starts at 10:30. Can barely walk to the break room. When they lay us off again Im not going back. Oh yeah...we are getting really high production but its physically beating people up.When I get home I just want to cry I hurt so bad.

    It caught on fire?!?! OMG! GEEZ! How did that happen?We have had thunderstorms all day. Rain, thunder, lightning. Yesterday too. Its really muggy here. Power has gone out twice today. Not for long but enough to mess up the clocks and the computer.Scott's memorial was last Saturday. I didn't go because I didn't here about it until Saturday night. Candy, his sister, isn't doing so well with it. It hit her pretty hard. They were really close. Christy is putting on a good front. I saw her at the bank this afternoon. Its just so sad.How did the computer catch on fire?
