Good Morning. Sorry about yesterday not getting anything out blog wise or email wise…I was just, well blah-say I guess. However leave it to Kentucky to perk my spirits up. I believe my soul existence was to write about Kentucky and here is just another blurb to show you there are things that make you just go…hmmm; The town of Rabbit Hash is looking to replace their Mayor. Following the death of its mayor, the small town of Rabbit Hash is preparing to elect a new leader. The only candidate so far is a border collie named Lucy Lou. The situation isn't unusual for the Boone County town, where the former mayor was a black Labrador retriever named Junior Cochran, who died May 17 after serving since 2004. The Kentucky Enquirer reported on its Web site Thursday that the Rabbit Hash Historical Society has scheduled voting to begin Aug. 31 and end Nov. 4, with voters paying $1 per vote. Proceeds benefit the historical society. According to the town's Web site, candidates for the office may be humans or animals but not ducks or geese because that would just be ridiculous or something… Voting will be online at Rabbit Hash USA or at the Rabbit Hash General Store. You know, if I didn’t know better I would think granny from the Beverly Hill’s Hillbilly’s was running this website. This stuff doesn’t just come along everyday, soak it in… You have to at least visit their website to pay you respects to the former mayor…
Salem, Oregon (The Weekly Vice) -- Evan David Thomas Adams, a 19 year old Oregon man has been arrested on multiple charges after he allegedly jumped into a patrol car and attacked a police officer who stopped to help him. Admitted he was high on mushrooms. According to Marion County authorities, Deputy Jerry Wollenschlaeger stopped to assist what appeared to be a man having car trouble on Hawthorne Ave around 3:00 a.m. Friday morning. He noted the apparent driver, who appeared to be walking away from a black jeep and pulled up alongside the man to see if he was having car trouble. "He seemed like a nice enough guy, and the next thing you know, he's jumping into the patrol car," said deputy Wollenschlaeger of the Marion County Sheriffs Department. According to the Sheriff's office, Adams lunged at the deputy through the passenger window and began to fight. For a moment, the officer was able to exit the patrol car and pin the man long enough to ask him what his problem was. "I'm high on mushrooms, dude" was Adam's reply according to deputies. LOL I am going to use that line. I am High on Mushrooms Dude! Well I can’t do any better then a Town looking to replace their mayor and the only candidate being a border collie or a whacked out 19 year old high on wild Mushrooms…so other then that may your day be fabulous.
