Last night I had left to take my husband Tony to the hospital for his chest pains and left our roommate Chris in charge of watching the kids. While at the hospital waiting for my husband to get seen... I get a voice message on my cell phone from Chris saying that the girls were misbehaving. Due to the reception I went outside to call home and see what’s going on. Chris told me that he was telling the girls to get up from the couch & go get a bath, but the girls weren't listening. I told Chris to not worry about their bath, just make them sit on the couch till I got home and I would deal w/ it. Chris had told me before hanging up that Sierra (my oldest girl) wanted to talk to me. Sierra was telling me over the phone that while Chris was in the bathroom upstairs… Rachel (female roommate) had grabbed her & her little sister really hard on the arms to physically remove them from the couch to make them get up. Then was pushing the girls through the dining room towards the steps. While Rachel had continued to push the girls, Peyton (my youngest girl) kept falling down & crying. Sierra had also told me that they were also being pushed up the steps, and how Rachel also called her a “mother fucking bitch”.
So now at this point I’m shocked and very pissed off, but asked to speak w/ my oldest son Tyler just in case Sierra was stretching the truth. Tyler told me that everything Sierra said was true and he seen & heard it all. I then asked to speak w/ Chris. I told him in a very pissed off voice that… 1.) I left him in charge not Rachel. 2.) I'm hearing from my daughter that Rachel not only called her a "bitch", but even put her hands on the girls which I didn't appreciate. I told him that as soon as I was done taking care of Tony I would be home, and her & I was going to tangle. I walked back in the waiting room and Tony seen how pissed off I was. He asked me what was going on, so I told him.
Tony was so pissed that he decided to leave the hospital right then and drive home. Tony was so mad that he was driving really fast going through traffic lights & weaving in/out of cars. When we arrived at the house, Chris & Rachel were both in the kitchen. I slipped off my shoes and was ready to kick her ass. But due to Rachel holding the baby and Chris wouldn't take the baby, I could fight her. We confronted Rachel about what happened. She did nothing but act childish by saying that " well Chris does it too " and had denied calling my 9 yr old daughter a "bitch ". Tony left the kitchen for a moment during the confrontation to check on the girls, he had noticed their arms were red which pissed him off even more. Tony came back into the kitchen screaming at her & up in her face to leave the house that instant before he kills her. We made her leave out the door while Chris went to grab her shoes, purse, and the baby bag. Of course the whole time she’s running her mouth cause she knew she couldn’t get touch while holding the baby.
After they left Tony decided to call the cops to make a report on her for what she had done. But when the cops showed they said there was nothing they could do cause we needed to go downtown to the Prosecutor’s office to press charges. She had no right what so ever to put her hands on my kids & try removing them from the couch, or pushing them while going towards the steps or even up the steps. She also had no right to called my 9 yr old daughter a "bitch".
