In my effort to be industrious, I am not concerned with the pursuit of pleasure. Pleasure and happiness are fleeting states that so often consume people throughout their lives. I feel, rather, that what is important is to fully embrace the good moments as they come as well as to try to live in a way that will promote a serendipitous, harmonious experience. In the best of times and worst of times, I always try to remember the phrase: "And this too shall pass away." And in so knowing, I am reminded that those I love will not be here forever, those moments of bliss will be gone; everything always changes no matter what we do, so I determine to live those ephemeral moments to their utmost. No waste, no regrets!

I seek a woman of solid character; one who does not need to consult the group in order to determine what is right or wrong. She thinks for herself and comes to her own conclusions. She has an innate understanding of human relations and the importance of empathy in her assessment of others. She is secure in her femininity, devoid of any compulsion to out-man her man, for she understands that the sexes have their own intrinsic qualities which when brought together combine to create a cohesive, mutually supportive whole. She is fit and determined to try and remain so, with all that entails: she eats well, either does not smoke at all or a light smoker, does not drink to excess,is active, and is wary of the dangers of this world. I have always wanted to have a strong, mutually supportive relationship with a good woman. Maybe here is the place and now is the time for me to find you.
