u rate ppl's profiles/pics (lie tell em they r hansome/beutiful/pretty) cause if u dont they will send ya mean comments cause they just cant take it. best bet rate at a 8-10 no matter what ya c .. put lots of pics on so you levels go up u can fan/friend/comment ppl to help them and yourself rise in rank .. spruce up your profile by puttin music and stuff on it ..
