OK so this is a work in progress but here are some of my own personal rules for Fubar. These are what guide my interactions and might help explain some things.

1. I am here to talk/flirt with girls. I don't care where you live, just looking to entertain myself, and hopefully you at the same time.

2. I don't mind rating your pictures, in fact I enjoy doing it. However, I will not rate certain pics, they are listed below:
A. If you post 40 virtually identical web cam pics, i'll rate a few but it's pointless.
B. Any modified pic, I don't care if your face is over a sunset, again pointless
C. Any pic of your children or family in general. I have no problem with you posting them, it's just not something I care to see on an essentially adult web site.
D. Icons, graphics, cartoons, funny pics, people of walmart, whatever. I don't care, and don't see any fun in it. Sometimes pin ups and sexy cartoons/pics might get a rate if I really like them.

3. I will not buy anyone bling or anything that costs real money. You can ask all you want, just don't hold your breath.

4. I like to comment on your pics, especially if they are new, not getting commented on and I think you deserve it, or pretty much any picture that holds my attention longer than 3 seconds.

5. NSFW, Yes! Of course I want to see it, I will not beg, plead or harass you for them. If you are nice enough to post them, I will comment and rate all of them even though I know you don't get points for it. However, I don't mind or care if you don't post them, it's not for everybody I know
