Interests
My main interest is in pro-football. I follow a lot of teams. For instance: Dallas Cowboys, the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Tennessee Titans, the Giants and so on. Never rooted for home teams. When I lived in NY I couldn't stand the Giants. Now I live in Vermont and put them high on my list. Go figure.
Okay, so The Steelers, Dallas Cowboys, The Jaguars, my Giants and so on either lost out before the playoffs or during the wild card games. Now what do I do on Super Bowl Sunday? It's the one day of the year I live for. DRAT.
Another strong interest, besides my writing, is music. All kinds of music. I love Latin, rock, classic if it's Rachmaninoff, Pop, old time singers like Ella Fitzgerald, Eydie Gorme, Billy Holiday and too many more to mention. My favorite Latin singers are Astrid Gilberto and Eydie Gorme. I tell you, Eydie can compete with the best of them. I also love Xavier Cugat and some oldies Latin groups.
I supposed I should be interested in basketball too, but I'm not. I attended an all girl's high school and was on the basketball team. We took the State Championship and I have medals so I should be into it. I know what you're thinking and yes, I was a jock. LOL
