I began writing poetry at the age of 13. It was a passion as well as a gateway for me to express my feelings from my heart, mind & soul. By the age of 27 I had pursued self-publishing my 1st poetry book through consignment contracts with 2 local bookstores in DC. A brief period of enjoyment after submitting a number of my poems to poetry contests advertised by Poetry Organizations, & my main purpose was the small amount of exposure.
In visioning my goals with my poetry, I knew I wanted to create a collection of tshirts that not just had some of my poetic messages on them, but graphic creations as well. I worked for myself as a Computer Technician for a little over 10 years after receiving my certificate for completion in A+ Service Technician training during the summer of 2002. I can now proudly say that every goal I set out for myself I completed & made sure that it will all connect in the most beneficial way towards taking my poetry & graphic creations to the next level for my tshirt line.
