Hello! I'm the proud Mom to a US Marine ~ Nick ~ my one and only child. I've been divorced for a little over a year ~ and much happier then I've been in years because of it!
I came to this site, by request from a friend who owns another site I belong to. I've stuck around because it definitely helps to cure the boredom and i've met some pretty awesome individuals to converse with, as well
I live just outside a small city in Upstate NY, near where I grew up. It's a nice area and even though the winters are atrocious, I enjoy it here. I work as a Social Services worker for my County ~ a stressful but rewarding job and hey, it pays the bills!
