What else About Me...I was told when I was 16 I saved someone's life, I've never thought of it that way, just finished a CPR / First Aid course in school and took my coat off and put it on someone who'd just been hit by a car, they said when someone's in shock keep them warm, it was freezing but I think she was colder than me and needed that, saved a life? Older women are generous with praise, often undeserved. They know what it's like to be unappreciated.
Women get psychic as they age. You never have to confess your sins to a woman over 40. Once you get past a wrinkle or two, a woman over 40 is far sexier than her younger counterpart. Older women are forthright and honest. They'll tell you right off if you are a jerk, if you are acting like one. You don't ever have to wonder where you stand with her.
Yes, we praise women over 40 for a multitude of reasons. Unfortunately, it's not reciprocal. For every stunning, smart, well-coiffed, hot woman over 40, there is a bald, paunchy relic in yellow pants making a fool of himself with some 22-year old waitress. Ladies, I apologize. I love Old Christine, The Office, My Name is Earl, Special Victims Unit, I go back and forth between comedies and Cold Case Files and anything having to do with true crime, forensics, the prosecution side of law and order, any serial killers, I really don't think there's any I haven't read about or whose story I haven't seen, my favorite is Ted Bundy, a lawyer and a serial killer for Years and nobody knew! What else? Did I say Balloons? Yes, I did, but I'll say it again, sigh, I love balloons! Green Bay Packers, Baby! I Love Football. My bare feet on warm grass, Cherry Chapstick, the smell of it sends me back to being 16 again, Red wine, and the hot sun on my face. I absolutely Hate water on my face, which makes no sense because I shower everyday and love swimming, lol, but the minute that water's in my eyes I'm drying my face, go figure, Don't like the ocean, except for fish, and speaking of food, Al Bundy said it best when he said "I want some form of dead animal on my plate for dinner", I agree! Forget the pasta and veggies, give me a steak and I'm happy.
I Love BBQ'S, I'm the BBQ Master, lol, and I think the ones that taste the best are the ones done in the rain and cold. Halloween is my favorite holiday, and Nothing compares to a dark, stormy day. Love animals (which is why if I see you've got folders of your pets I rate all those pics!) and my friends, XOXO, they have been through the best and the worst with me and still love me, lol and I love them fiercely, have no use for mean people, life's too short to be mean and angry all the time, what's the point? It's an adventure, a terrible, wonderful adventure and the journey and the moments that make it up are what matters, :)...!
