there's really not much to say about myself, i'm a single father of one of the cutest son's in the world. i spend most of my time trying to make a good life for us, and i'm not affriad of a little hard work to do so. other then that i enjoy the simple things in life and i don't take anything for granted. i try to live everyday with one thing in mind "no regrets." no matter what happens or what i do that day i don't regret anything, i try to live life to the fullest.

my interests: I'm up for anything at least once and if i like it then i'm down for it all the time. I;m not going to tell you i'm not into the typical guy things, sports are a must. i hate watching most events but give me the equipment and you'll find me outside in a heart beat. i love being outside and i love going to the park. slow walks is one of the best, it gives me a chance to clear my head. I love going out to the movies, I'm also one for staying in and cuddling to a rental.
