Disposable Daily Posted Poem:
The rain has done it's work and now it is gone
thunder storms have passed and are moving on
the harsh heat of the day has been washed away
and the coolness of the night is here to stay
It did a little damage to the plants and wood
but the water left behind will do lots of good
When the sun rises it will bring a new start
but like every day before you'll be in my heart.
Disposable Daily Posted Poem:
I sit just behind the curtain under a bright green canopy
I'm right out in the open, but almost impossible to see
Back off the road a bit and enjoying the slight breeze
upon a fallen log in the shade of Mother Nature's trees
I sit pondering as I watch cars go by one after another
all too concerned with themself to think about the other
all of them are cocooned alone and lost within the crowd
their very voices seem silenced by others lamenting loud
You're never more alone than when surrounded by the many
and none do take the time to know you,not a one, not any
Disposable Daily Poem:
I knew a man who to others always did give
trying to help so better they all could live
or give time or money or teach them to save
a man with a heart that he so willingly gave
a heart that could never be anything but true
but each time he gave it they broke it in two
poor from helping others and not pretty to see
but the among the kindest there could ever be
He met one who said to love him she did try
but she couldn't and did not know just why.
It seems that it was more than he could take
and for his one last time his heart did break
all the good that he daily did now forever gone
in this world where others just keep moving on.
Disposable Daily Poem:
I wanted to believe you were special, someone truly so rare
but the longer I know you I know that there's nothing there
I have watched and seen you change from an angel to a witch
I got to look behind the facade that hides your inner bitch
We all have our bad points and heaven knows that I truly do
more perhaps than I realize but I do not hide them from you
I could have accepted you as you are, that is my perception if you had just been yourself without all of that deception
Some day some guy will take a vow and pledge love eternally
as for me I am just so happy knowing that it will not be me
