I Play guitar, luv wine & food, enjoy traveling, will play any sport that comes my way and enjoy the beach and outdoors as u can see by my few pics

As for the pic titled " Just what the Dr ordered ", hey I work had and I am open minded to enjoy playing just as hard... or whatever is on the menu.

Life & work are not four letter words to me, as I am lucky to enjoy both.

I prefer to screen in friends then screen out.

If you want more, well then just ask cause I don't lie..... life is what u make of it, so don't make it false.


So a few thinks I picked up throughout my travels.
Some are better then others, so feel free to use them:
1) To me Life is a Journey, not a 4 letter word.
2) Its YOUR choice to get upset, frustrated and mad.
3) Acceptance is a way to listen and make progress, it is not a sign that you concede or that you loose or that you are weak.
4) If you can’t make a point without cursing, then you need to question the value of the point your trying to make.
5) If you can’t say it without cursing, then don’t say it.
6) #4 & #5 are not valid during sex.
7) Yelling – You can’t fill a bathtub with a fire hose, don’t yell at children or at someone when u are trying to make a point or when your trying to teach someone. Volume does not equate to results or retention.
8) Listening to other points of view and opinions does not mean u subscribe to them, so don’t be scared to listen as u might just learn something.
9) Not all problems are Catastrophic…. Think then react…
10) Last but not least : The mind is your most powerful muscle, so use it more or you will losse it !
