I am a now single parent that is a loving father to two young children who live with me. I enjoy to write and sing karaoke. I have worked in psychology for almost three decades helping people overcome challenges. I am just an old fashioned gentleman looking to make new friends and have good times chatting with new people I meet online. I am currently learning to write screenplays for the movie industry and television, and writing a book on Behavioral Techniques parents can use for their children, since most of my career was working with children. I had to switch careers due to an unforeseen accident but always persevere despite any challenge. I enjoy cooking and am a big fan of acting and performing. I am pretty well connected on all means of social media platforms since 2007. I am friendly and outgoing person who enjoys educating his young children at the current time. I have lived many places throughout the country and now am back North from where my roots were a few states away, in New York, born and raised. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and other countries. I am a perpetual student studying everything from metaphysics and the paranormal to quantum particle physics. I enjoy talking to others and sharing and value honesty and integrity among friends.

Interests
My general interests are reading and studying many different areas, and researching to gain more information for my writings. I love to write with a very active imagination. I enjoy studying science, sister sciences and carry views of a very eclectic nature. I love the arts and study scripts most of the time, or study about history. Most of my interests surround doing all for my two children to build their education. I maintain an open mind to all that is new and not into judging others. I study oldies, in singing and enjoy singing karaoke to get inflections of old style singers from the 40's-70's as I used to sing as a bartender at a resort, or perform in acting in an actors troupe created. Now into studying the games my kids are into like minecraft and roblox, or watching Disney movies with my youngest one.
Music
I am into a variety of music from the 40-s to the 80's. I enjoy the sounds of the 60's and 70's the best growing up with this music. I am a big Beatles fan, Stones fan, and early British rock fan. I listen to country music and ballads that have meaning.

I like to play board games with my children , or have them try to teach me their abilities with computer games or x-box. Still learning as the children far outplay dad as I watch in amazement.
Movies
I enjoy all genres of movies. My relative was a Western Actor starring with Bette Davis and Jimmy Stewart. So have always preferred film noir, westerns. I watch just about everything with my favorites : " The Outlaw Josey Wales" , the old " True Grit" , " It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, World", " Caddyshack" ( For I was a caddie as a youngster), and anything paranormal, which Have to wait until kids are asleep. I'd have to say Jimmy Stewart, John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, Robert Mitchum, Dustin Hoffman, Marilyn Monroe, Natalie Wood, Elizabeth Taylor, James Dean, Marlon Brando , Al Pacino, Robert Deniro, ...a lot of " Method Actors" are my favorite being trained in method acting for 20 years.
Idols
My Idols are so Many : from Victor Frankl, Carl Jung, John F Kennnedy, John Lennon, Marilyn Monroe, Marlon Brando, Stephen Hawking, Anthony Hopkins, ....too many to mention. I value Dr. Frankl the most in his writings of "Man's Search for Meaning"., for what he shared he endured in a German Concentration help awaiting possible death any day, yet created a sense of attitude to survive among all around him to build hope. I enjoy the writings of Carl Jung who had views that were ahead of his times, and studying the works of Nikola Tesla.
Video Games
I play x-box with the children, mainly x-box, Mincecraft, plants & Zombies, and star wars. On the computer it is also Minecraft and Roblox with my son.
