Greetings ...

So, tax times here (in the USA) ...
For some that means nothing ...
If you are one of those,
a date you watch is April 15
When you HAVE to file.
But for some
very lucky few ...
Enjoy this time
Because it's a rewarding time of year.
(for those who get large returns) $ M o n e y $
I found that today and thought I'd include it
So I know the importance of money:
I've had a fair amount that was earned ...
I've won a somewhat large chunk of change -
And I even had the proverbial: "Rich Aunt"
Leave me some out of nowhere ...
I know it's really great when
loved ones NEED it
And you have it to give.
I also know the pains of scratching together enough
to put a little something on the table for dinner.
As a charismatic entertainer once said:
"I dined with King's & Queen's and lived on pork & beans"
*nods*
I wish I had enough to make sure
all my loved ones never had to worry ...
But I'd be content just to make it pay check to paycheck ...
and not have to give up a luxury such as a bill getting paid
When the unexpected expenses come up too!
Someone asked me if I'd steal to feed my family before ...
And if it was that dyer of a situation, I'm sure I would.
But I'd rather barter for food, than steal it.
Is Money the route of all evil
Let's face it -
It makes people crazy
They steal for it (or worse)
Money is the cause for a majority of divorces,
Money is behind a large percentage of all murders.
Wealthy businessmen cheat to get even wealthier.
But at the same time,
It's rewarding to earn
and exciting to win!
When you have extra ...
it just makes you feel good.
It's a necessity
-or-
Is it an accessory?
A good question would be:
Is there a better alternative to money?I'd love to hear some ideas ...
I had so many black backgrounds
That I decided at the last minute to
brighten this once used greeting up.
I just matched the 123 mycodes graphic
color to coordinate everything & blend them
seamlessly, also had to find the right code
for that color to use for my flag effect
on the three banners used as headers.
Which meant all the fireworks
that wasn't transparent
had to be replaced with
ones that were ...
See - even the 'once used'
remakes take some effort!

Being I select money as my topic,
It was an easy selection to make.
Besides ...
It happened to be one
of my very favorite tunes
back when I was in high school.
