I've done so many retro searches when
selecting the music for my blogs lately.
I'm starting to think I've finally been left behind musically?
I mean just 4 years ago I was still playing in a band
And I always thought I was 'down' with the tunes of the day.
My son's band would come watch my band practice
and my bandmates & friends would watch them.
But IDK, after Pete left for the marines and Trisha
married off ... I've really lost track of music.
I still have Lexy doing her thing, but she's 10
Hanna Montana is HER thing - so ... (?)
I've been musically diverse my whole life.
As long as it has a beat that moves my feet
Growing up with country music fans as parents
(well they liked "ELVIS" if that counts)

I guess when Grandfatherhood hit ...
So did the music generation gap???
Do you 'keep up" with music
Being I'd step back for a what seemed a brief momment ...
And it seemed to move way ahead of me.
I was wondering if YOU move forward with it too?
Or as I noticed with SOME folks ...
Retro'ed right back to their roots or
with a whole different persuasion all together?
(went from Rocker to Country)
