Family loves pasta but been trying to eat healthier so they have started using zoodles instead of pasta with their chicken alfredo or marinara with meatballs. Problem is I haven't found the best way to cook them so they don't go to mush. Wanted to see what others have tired they liked. Here's some options I haven't tried that maybe others have an love.
Sauté them briefly leaving undercooked
bake on low in the oven
just add them to the sauce to heat and serve
I've tried steaming them and sauté but did for too long so haven't enjoyed the results.
