Music
Dizzy Gillespie , Miles Davis, John Coltrane with Charley Parker will always be up there amoungst the best. Jimi Hendrix and The Experience always stood the test. I,m mad for The Motown sound, Mainstream and avant-garde jazz sounds, rock, jazz fusion of any genre and especially Jazz Funk. I dig the compositions of Bach, Mozart and Beethoven. George Michael, Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder along with Diana Ross have voices made in heaven.
Movies
12 Angry men was unforgetable. The Godfather Trilogy and The Dirty Harry series was a blast, with "Godfather 2" and "Dirty Harry" being particulary memorable. Any movies directed, produced and starring Spike Lee, with The French Connection both one and two will always do for me. The Sergio Leone Spaghetti westerns with the fantastic scenery and haunting soundtrack, whereas movies of 60s London and films like Montgomery pop will always take me back.
Idols
"Allah the merciful" Muhummad Ali and Malcolm X are amongst those to which I aspire. Miles Davis, John Coltrane and Charley Parker are geniuses who I admire. Thier skills and wisdom they often portray are qualities inherent which live with me today.
