mum expired. [EVERYONE]

Last night I watched a young pregnant girl come into the bar I frequent. She sits down orders a few glasses of wine and at least one Captain and coke. It took all I had not to go say something to her. She does it at least 2 times a weekend, so it's not an isolated incident. Should I say something to her or just keep my mouth shut?
