Ok, this is a big clusterf*ck, but I will try to keep it as short as possible. Some biatch backed into me in the Walgreen's parking lot a couple of months ago. She has some cheap crappy insurance company that mine could never get ahold of. My insurance company cut me a check minus my deductible. After pursuing the other company myself they are now sending me the FULL amount of the damages.

Will my insurance company still allow me to have that money?
