INGREDIENTS
3 medium potatoes peeled and quartered
2 2 cups fresh baby carrots
2 celery ribs cut into2 1/2 inch pieces
1 medium onion peeled and quartered
3 garlic cloves peeled and quartered
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 turkey drumsticks (about 1/2 pound each)
2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
DIRECTIONS
In a greased oval 5 or 6 qt slow cooker, combine the first six ingredients. Place drumsticks over vegetables and sprinkle with seasoned salt, thyme, parsley and pepper. Cover: cook on low for 5 to 5 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 180 degrees.
