When you meet someone how do you shake their hand?
I have my hand palm vertical, extending your arm forward ad though you were sawing wood with a saw. It sends a message of greeting, I am here for you as you for me. We are equals, and look that person in their eyes. The hand shake
should also be firm but not crushing.
I met this man the other day, and as I extended my hand he lightly placed his hand in mine with his palm down, and his fingers bent over my hand. Not a firm shake.
lol Please help me decide what is the proper way of a hand shake. |
