Well I recently found out somethings that make me laugh at my dumbass bitch exwife,
1. Since we were married within 6months of living together and she divorced me b4 our 10th anniversary she is not entitled to any of my retirement or SSI. lmfao
2. Because she divorced me she is not and never will be entitled to Alimoney. lmfao
3. I have a job that i make 3000-4000 a month and because of my job as a truck driver all my time does not count. The courts look at an average of 40hrs and 500 miles a day so only half of my money is counted.
4. I just started an internet business and she cannot count that against me for 6-12months. Courts have to make sure i am making steady money b4 they will adjust Child Support.
5. An uncle died and left me some money and again the courts wont count that because it is a 1 time thing.
6. All of the fucking she tried to do to me in court by lying is going to come back to haunt her, i have taken that money that my uncle gave me and hired 1 of the most expensive attorneys in NM. Her attorney is a free legal aid attorney and has already told her to find someone else. When we go to Family court in Dec, 06 she will be faced with Forgery, Pergery, Larceny, and misdeamenor Kidnapping(not letting me see my kids per divorce decree).
7. Even if the court date does not go as i hope, one of these days my kids will want to know why mommy says all the bad things about me, and will want to know why I never called. I will show them all the court docs. that the bitch lied to get and failed to tell them about, and they will see that she was lying to them the whole time and she will loose them. Because in NM a child has the right to choose which parent they want to live with at the age of 12, and at the age of 14 they can divorce a parent as long as there is a blood relative willing to take them, namely ME.
Although I stay up alot of nights wondering and worrying about my babies I eventually get to sleep when I look at what the end result will be.
I have found a new gf who is loving and kind, she has two kids that like me, and I know that my children will want to find me sooner or later to know if their mommy is right. Because I wanted to know if my mom was right about my real father, so i went and found him. History repeats itself!
