Figured out I'm allergic to the ingredients in allergy meds by taking allergy meds and having whole body reactions.

And now we know topical allergy creams are added to the list of medications I can't take.

I put some on some hives caused by soap and now I have MORE hives that itch MORE than the original hives.

Should I soak in an oatmeal bath?

Epson salt?
