Venison Jerky
3 lb Venison; in 3" strips
2 tsp Salt
5 tbsp Sugar
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp 5-spice powder
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Red wine
1 tsp MSG (I wouldn't use this)
Combine all ingredients, except venison. Marinate 24 hours. Bake at 350° about 15 minutes, or until browned, turning once.
