I am a big proponent of T.H.I.N.K.

Before your speak/communicate, ask yourself "What do I hope to achieve by this communication?". Then govern yourself accordingly.

INSPIRING

NECESSARY

KIND

. . . in short, just T.H.I.N.K.

I am a very open and honest person, for better or for worse, to a fault.

Don't worry about offending me. Your communication in and of itself is appreciated, besides, if it gets to the point where neither of us are learning or growing, I will bow out gracefully. If for some reason you are not able to - I will help you. :) I will try not to let it get to that point, I believe that we learn from each and every person that we come in contact with.
