I remember your smile and your laugh
Everytime you asked for me.
I remember your arms wrapped around
As you called me Daddy.
Its hard to imagine you else where now
But its something i must do.
You may not be in my life
And im not suppose to think of you.
But i cant help but look at your picture
And be reminded of how much i love you.
You are no longer a part of my life
Your mom now is someone elses wife.
Maybe one day you will remember me.
And all the things i would have liked to be.
But if you dont, i dont blame you.
There was nothing i could do.
