Ok I have rented from my landlord for 12 years.. He has offered selling me the house on several occasions and this year he dropped the price to 50k... however it is an old house and if something goes wrong with the house after I purchase it then I am stuck paying for it and maintaining it and I know I can't afford these endless possibilities.. Just asking opinions on what you would do..
A. My buddy says go for it
B. My brain says "Who is going to pay for digging up the well?"
