So I was talking to my brother the other day, we were discussing the new Real World and how this one guy on there wants to sleep with both girls in the house, and doesn't want to be with just one. Then my brother made the comment "You know, typical man." And of course I agreed, and then it just kind of hit me...in a way it's kind of sad that the "Typical Man" is classified as nothing more than a sex fiend, who likes to drink and watch football all the time, and any other undesirable quality you can think of for a good husband/boyfriend. Is this really the type of behavior of the "typical man?" Probably lol ;) But wouldn't it be nice to say "I've been dating this guy who treats me with respect and isn't just trying to get into my pants" and for the other person to reply "So your typical man" instead? Just a thought.
