Good morning, one and all! I will continue to share these with everyone, as long as I feel the "nudge" to do so, lol. Much love, warm hugs, and blessings, Dear Friends! Greetings! As more and more is becoming aligned to the higher frequencies we are now being embraced within, much movement is occurring which is creating a barrage of varied manifestations on the planet, within and without. At the end of March, just after the equinox, openings arrived and we were able to move forward with much opening up and many miracles abounding. We had most certainly touched a higher place, reached a new shore of a new reality, come to the end of the birth canal, and it felt much like heaven indeed. Then, almost as abruptly as it all began, things suddenly went into a chaotic state, as energies were attempting to re-align themselves with their higher purpose, or best fit for how they were now vibrating. This is a very common pattern of the ascension process. We reach a higher state of being, or dimension, it feels awesome in the beginning, and then everything must align itself to this new residency in the higher realms. Thus, all is always in divine and perfect order, even though most of the time many of us may feel that we are in constant transition, a continual state of purging and releasing, and may wonder if we will ever arrive in the heaven on Earth we have always known would arrive one day. But the ascension process has several steps which are repeated again and again, and once we become familiar with them, no one would probably ever need to read these energy alerts, as it would be evident what was occurring! These steps are all listed and explained in the book The Ascension Primer, but I will continue providing many of them to you in the book excerpts those of you on the e-mail list receive along with each announcement that a new energy alert has been posted on this web site. With the advent of the cross-quarter, the mid-way point between the equinox and solstice on May 5, we once again reached a pivotal point, experienced a shift, and moved forward one more notch. This created more room to expand, to move ahead, to open up, and to reach even further into our new land of heaven on Earth. We had reached a place as a critical mass where we could again move ahead, and the cross-quarter served as the vehicle to assist with this next step ahead. May 5th marked a point where more alignments were finally manifesting, and much was embraced and taken along with this wave. The presidential election process here in the US has been manifesting itself in accordance with these re-alignments. This is why Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have been neck and neck for so long. A manifestation was not yet ready to occur, as the new alignments were not yet intact. The old was still in the process of leaving and the new was arriving. And then with the advent of the cross-quarter…..boom! The shift occurred and things began to take their places. On May 11th, more new alignments occurred as well. The 11th is many times indicative of an opportunity to move through an opening to a higher vibrating reality. The portal of an 11 is usually an exciting event indeed, depending upon where we currently are and what has been transpiring. If you were one who went through this latest portal, you may have experienced vertigo, spinning, or an extreme loss of balance. This is a common occurrence of ascension as well. When we connect more fully with our Merkabah, or light body, we then utilize it to catapult us into the higher realms. Merkabah is defined as: “The divine light vehicle allegedly used by ascended masters to connect with and reach those in tune with the higher realms. "Mer" means Light. "Ka" means Spirit. "Ba" means Body. Mer-Ka-Ba means the spirit/body surrounded by counter-rotating fields of light, (wheels within wheels), spirals of energy as in DNA, which transports spirit/body from one dimension to another.” Thus, it is common to experience spinning, vertigo, and a loss of balance when we are arriving more fully in the higher realms. The first time I had this experience, I began to panic, as I experienced panic attacks when I first began the intense part of the ascension process back in 2001. Feeling as if I was walking a foot or two above the earth, almost floating, used to freak me out as well. But as we become used to these experiences, and know what they are about, it can actually become a fun ride. Late on Saturday evening and into Sunday, when I was barely able to walk a straight line, I could only say “Wheeee! Here we go again!” Now many of these experiences are great fun as I know they are only indicative of a great move forward and I am truly grateful for them. Natural disasters are becoming an epidemic now. Floods, typhoons, earthquakes, droughts, tornadoes, and fires are arriving in epidemic proportions. The earth must now align with the higher realms, and this is creating much movement within and without. Areas which need the biggest adjustments are experiencing great movement in an attempt to align themselves with a higher vibrating energy. During the past several weeks, some of you may have had an experience of great weeping, feeling like you could cry a river, and perhaps wondering why tears seemed to want to appear like a tidal wave or tsunami within you. For no apparent reason, it just seemed like a good cry could not be stopped. This phenomenon generally occurs when there is great loss at hand. It generally occurs when a massive planetary purging is due to arrive. At our highest levels, we feel the imminent loss and a great sadness accompanies it. Then, sure enough, a substantial natural disaster arrives and we know the reason for our earlier experience of great weeping. For the first few months of 2008, many of us became disillusioned and impatient for our new beginnings and the new world to arrive. During this time, we may have felt stuck with no forward movement and not much going on. I reported many times that we were “waiting” for as many to get on board as possible. Even though some did not want to wait, this was a very necessary part of the process. Yes, it can be hard to wait at times, especially when we ourselves are very ready. At our highest soul levels, we wanted to give as much time as possible for everyone and everything to make the necessary changes and adjustments needed, and to more importantly make the choice whether to be on board or not. This was a long process but very necessary, as at our highest levels, we dearly love all our brothers and sisters on the planet and wanted them to be with us and most certainly with all those entering the higher realms. And now the time is here. The natural disasters have arrived as a manifestation of the earth aligning with the higher frequencies, the energies have built, the pressure is releasing the old, and a by-product of this greatly moving energy is the creation of a vehicle for those who chose to depart to do just that. There is no judgment here. A sufficient amount of time was intentionally given so that as many as possible could be prepared and could make their choices. There will be other stops at the train station. There will be other opportunities. For those who still are not willing to awaken just yet, they will experience a bigger “thumping” or nudging, and they can then choose again. If the leap can be made, those will stay. Those who feel the leap is too far and not a possibility will now depart. These choices were made at the highest levels of each soul. And some will chose to depart for other reasons as well. They may very simply be done here. This phenomenon of choice and differing times of moving forward into the higher realms has created many partings. But it has also created new and much better fitting alignments as well. This is why Phil and I had to part, and why someone new is soon to arrive for me. When we are willing to let go of what is no longer in alignment or what no longer fits us, and if we can know and trust that a new beginning will arrive very soon, this in turn allows us to arrive in the higher realms. And Phil will experience what he is in alignment with as well, all in a beautiful and perfect way. Letting go, trusting, dis-connecting from what does not feel right anymore, and re-aligning with our higher selves or souls will support us in phenomenal ways in arriving in our heaven on earth. These losses, especially relating to the natural disasters, can be overwhelming at times. We may feel shaky and afraid. We may feel traumatized ourselves if we are highly sensitive. It may seem as though we never know what will happen next. But this is the beauty of choice. And there is more to this particular story as well. Several weeks ago we experienced a new alignment which related to letting go of over-helping others. It involved taking a very important stance of not going down into a lower vibrating reality where others were residing in order to help them. It involved not being where others were and identifying with them. It involved not pulling others up to where we were without their willingness and true desire to let go and be there. It involved allowing others to make their own choices while allowing ourselves to move ahead into what we were now in alignment with. It also involved not having great compassion for others, as this emotion takes us to where others are as we identify with them too much in order to be there with them and understand where they are. According to the dictionary, compassion involves pity and a willingness to commiserate with another. These states of being bring our energy down. Compassion is a word which existed in the old 3D reality. It was born there. It came from an old 3D mind. In the higher realms we utilize love instead. When we do visit the lower vibrating reality of suffering in order to assist and serve, we go with the vibration of love….not with compassion. Love serves as our protection from lower vibrating realities. It vibrates extremely high and gives its recipients the best possible outcome. Compassion does not exist in the higher realms as there is no suffering. So then, we utilize love, as that is what we come to know about and to be in the higher realms. And as we begin to evolve into the human angels we will eventually be, we will vibrate love more and more. We need not intentionally send love to another, as this is much to deliberate and contrived. We will naturally be love in itself, as the ascension process produces this state all on its own. So then, this stage we experienced involving leaving those behind who pulled us into their reality of suffering was intended to prepare us for what is ahead. This stage of evolutionary progress we experienced a few weeks ago was intended to prepare us for these natural disasters which are now occurring so that we could assist if we chose to, without experiencing the pain of others. We would then be wired to assist and truly make a difference without being affected ourselves, but for brief periods of time as we would then need to return to the higher realms of which we came. And leaving others behind broke a cord that was binding us to the old world, thus enabling us to arrive in the higher realms. And here in these higher realms, we are re-connecting more and more to the reality of our dreams. As the alignments arrive for us more frequently now, we will then experience more and more of our heaven on Earth. As the frequencies of this new world vibrate higher and higher, we naturally experience on the outside more rapidly now, precisely what we are about or vibrating on the inside. The mirror effect is extremely pronounced. Each and every manifestation occurs because of who we are and what we believe and perceive. We have been so very anxious to have the energies rev up and to reside in the higher realms, but if we had arrived here any sooner, we would have experienced extremely uncomfortable manifestations for ourselves, as our outside reality would have been indicative of what was inside of us. The uncomfortable purging and releasing we have gone through for the past several years was so very necessary to prepare us for these times. Otherwise, we would have experienced more of a hell on Earth than a heaven on Earth. The more we choose to let go of, the more we will experience a higher realms reality. And the more we allow ourselves to be in alignment with our souls or true and authentic selves, while letting go of what no longer feels good to us, the more we will experience heaven on Earth and the easier it will be to arrive in the higher realms as well. As we let go of old patterns, mis-perceptions and beliefs, situations and perhaps even others in our lives, we will surely find ourselves in heaven on Earth. I will continue to post these Energy Alerts by Karen Bishop for those who like to read them. Please remember, this is her interpretation/reading of present energetic events! Take them with a grain of salt and see if they feel like truth to you. Much love, warm hugs, and blessings! Greetings! I recently moved into a house which needed a lot of work, but the rent was extremely low, and it was a very unusual find, directly across the road from my newly acquired property. Being that I will be living here while I build a home across the road (or rather a studio above a barn, until I am ready to build my dream home!), and requiring beautiful surroundings around me as they vibrate so much higher, my real estate agent/neighbor/friend/angel and I decided that I should paint the interior of this modest rental home in some awesome colors. What a project it turned out to be. The old paint on the kitchen cupboards was a pretty ghastly and intense color, as was another set of cabinets, but my landlord who is away in Indonesia for five years teaching “green” was more than agreeable to whatever I chose to do. First, I had some sanding to do. Then, two and sometimes three coats of primer were needed. After that, two coats of color were needed. Then, the teal color I had chosen did not dry dark enough, looked baby blue instead, and I had to have the color altered and paint again! I began to wonder if this project would ever get done. Would I ever be able to live in a beautiful and comfortable home? Would I be able to feel “right” in this new space? Would this project ever be completed so that I could finally unpack and settle in? And this is the way it is with our current energetic space. The process of arriving at our new space…the year of new beginnings…a higher vibrating dimension…and the “other side” takes several steps to complete and to ready us for this very new life of our dreams. First, many of us experienced scenarios of strange and wild dis-connects. Our intentions seemed to miss their mark and end up somewhere completely different. Scenarios were unfolding which did not make much sense, confusion and mis-communication abounded, and chaos was ever present. At times, it felt as though we were in a strange dream where we had no control over anything that happened in our lives. Things seemed to take on a life of their own, and we may have found ourselves wondering who, if anyone, was at the helm. This was a period of re-aligning, or re-setting. Once we reached the critical mass needed to break through to the “other side,” or new reality, it might not have unfolded as we had imagined. Small miracles and wonderful manifestations indeed occurred, but only in small steps, or of big ones, they were intermittent, with starts, stops, and intermittent success. Other miracles abounded with no effort, and this pattern is continuing still. Here is what is occurring: Yes, we are greatly re-aligning and re-setting ourselves. As some things come into alignment, a manifestation then occurs. With so much re-aligning all at once, these new alignments are arriving in small steps, one by one, as we begin to create an entirely new and whole way of being, a new life, and a new us. Small and continuous steps…as each phase is completed. In this way, much can manifest only part way. We may find that a project or scenario gets only partly finished, but not completed. It may seem like it can take forever to make any progress, but as each step comes into alignment, with perhaps many changes taking place during the process, the project is eventually completed, and in a way which now suits who we are now and how we are now vibrating. If we make a decision that we are not comfortable with, we can always choose again. This is the beauty of creation. It is never too late to choose again and start a very new reality and a very new scenario. This is where we are now. We are choosing new and better scenarios for ourselves. We no longer need to “settle” or to accept less than what we desire as our heaven on earth, in all areas of our lives. We are aligning now with our true and authentic selves. This means that this more purified self has risen to the surface, ready to be birthed. This self is much more in alignment with our soul, or with our higher self, whichever is a more comfortable term for you. Because we purged and released so much of the old lower vibrating aspects of ourselves in 2007 (and throughout much of the past 8 years as well), we are now ready for much more of our higher self or soul self to be birthed. In this way, we are now ready for a new reality to manifest which is reflective of how we are vibrating internally. Our outside reality is now coming into alignment with our new soul selves and this is what is creating all the changes in what we are now in alignment with. And this takes time. It does not happen all at once. And know as well that this is a monumental step we are taking. We want it to be right. The baby blue needs to be teal! Here are some keys which may be of assistance to us: If you are one who has not been in alignment externally with much of your true, authentic self, then you will find that much will be falling away in your life. This is not as bad as it may feel…honestly. Your new will arrive very soon, and it will be better than it has ever been before. The transition can be confusing, but if you are willing to let go effortlessly, the new will arrive in record time. During this time, there may seem to be a lull. A big lull, actually. Lulls occur when we are re-setting or re-aligning. It may seem that everything has left us, and we are in one big void of nothing, or seemingly going nowhere, but in actuality, we are in an adjustment phase of re-aligning. It is during this time that we can then become very clear about what it is that we really and truly desire for ourselves. Here is the key for this phase: What is in alignment with our true and authentic selves will stay. What is not will leave or become unbearable. And this unbearable part can at times feel like hell. This is because we are now in heaven, and in this way, staying in alignment with who we really and truly are and what it is that we really and truly desire, will keep us there. Hell comes when we are out of alignment with our heaven, or rather not allowing it in our space. Say that you have a job or career that really feels like you. Suddenly, parts of it simply leave. Your business begins to falter. What is leaving is the part that is not you and was not yours to do in the first place. As we evolve, we refine to a great degree. You are simply refining into your true self and your outside reality is manifesting just that. It is not possible to be in a job that is not a good fit in every way. There absolutely have to be parts of it that fit who we are, otherwise we would not have manifested it in the first place. These are the parts that we wish to keep. Dream jobs and dream relationships are ones which match who we are in as many ways as possible. The more overlaps of alignments there are, the better the fit and the more we are in our heaven. What is it that you absolutely love about your job? Are there any aspects that are effortless? These you will want to keep, and the rest will leave your space. In this way, you will always be in your heaven, and in alignment with your heavenly self. This is how it was intended to be. This is occurring for many of us now whether we desire it or not, and all because we have now arrived in heaven. Residing in heaven means we have to match it. Otherwise we can feel as though we are in hell instead. Are you doing things and staying with jobs, individuals, or geographical homes because of a sense of responsibility or have to’s? In the higher realms, there are no have to’s. These only cause pain and suffering for us. It is OK to let go. We are not responsible for the welfare or happiness of others. This can take a great amount of trust. Jumping off a cliff is not an easy task for most. But taking the risk of following our heart of hearts, of loving ourselves enough to allow and be willing for our new to arrive, and to really and truly trust that we are worthy and ready for it, will bring it to us in no time at all. Putting ourselves first and trusting that this will be OK, will allow something much better to arrive for us. There is another interesting scenario manifesting now for many as well. One of the many common stages of the ascension process involves re-uniting or coming together with friends, family, or loved ones whom we have not seen for quite awhile. After this initial stage of dis-connecting, we are now beginning the stage of re-connecting. We are re-connecting, then, with the aspects of others in our circle which vibrate higher. We are re-connecting in order to build our new foundation. We are blending with the higher vibrating aspects of others to re-unite once again and to begin the process of creating a new whole. This phase can manifest as coming together with old friends and family during our dream time or even in our waking lives. Currently, the majority of the new movies being released now in the US are second versions of movies with a same cast that was successful years ago, or re-makes of successful movies or shows from the past. A re-uniting of the higher aspects of the old to begin anew. Pulling in a new foundation which works for us or has worked in the past. Yet another phase of this process involves not feeling good about ourselves. We may have dreams that we are horrible people, or perhaps even feel bad about ourselves in our waking state as well. Have we harmed others unintentionally?Are others angry with us? Have we wandered off our intended trail? Are we on track? This stage is common as well, as it is only part of the re-aligning process, and many are experiencing it at different times. You may have felt it a few weeks ago, or perhaps not at all yet. Another manifestation of this transition is being cold with an inability to get warm. This is yet another common stage and symptom of the ascension process. Shifting from one vibrational space to another frequently creates this state of being cold. At times I have to get in a hot tub in order to warm up. Many are waking at dawn as well. At some levels, we are very much ready to begin our new lives in a very new reality. We want to be here. Some are noticing back pain, yet another common symptom. I frequently comment that we are sprouting our angel wings, and this only means that we release much in the area of our backs and necks, as this area opens up to higher vibrations and to re-alignments. The more we open, the more we become our intended angles of the earth. As much completes the re-setting and re-aligning process, we will indeed finally begin to experience the life of our dreams. Yes, this will indeed be the year of new beginnings, but we needed to complete the necessary stages first. Are you ready? Are you willing to take a chance and let go of the old and what no longer feels good to you? Can you trust that your heaven is right there in front of you, just waiting for you to allow it into your life? Can you focus your attention on all the wonders around you instead of all the horrors of the other world? We are integrating much now, and all, as always, is in divine and perfect order. I am posting the newest Energy Alert in hopes that those who are interested in this sort of thing will have an opportunity to read it! Much love, warm hugs, and blessings for all my family/friends/fans! Greetings! Although this rarely occurs, it has been much longer than usual in between energy alerts this time. The last energy alert was posted on April 3rd. I was blessed a few weeks ago to acquire my dream land here in the red rocks of the same local area of New Mexico where I have been living, and blessed as well to acquire a rare and “very modest” rental home (or rather, interesting shack) directly across the road within a brief walking distance of my land, where I can reside while I am building some kind of structure to live in! The land and the terms of acquisition seemed to be magically orchestrated, all in divine and perfect order for our new energetic space of new beginnings, as I will address further on in this energy alert. In this regard, I have been moving, have not had internet access, and have been ill as well. At one point I attempted to post this newest energy alert at an internet café about an hour away, but my new laptop would not connect there either! All this supporting our latest energy status of dis-connections. My new internet service was finally connected a few moments ago, so things are finally back to a normal and functioning state…if only I could find my pots and pans! I thank you for your patience… The energies of late? Much has been missing its mark, as we have broken through into a very new and higher vibrating space and this greatly affects our aligning and connecting experiences. In addition, it can feel as though we are in a no space with nothing much going on at all, and perhaps feeling as if there are no connections to anything either! Are we hanging out there in the middle of nowhere, abandoned, lost, and left behind to our own defenses? Are we in a strange and new space with no one to talk to, to connect to, and with anything and everything seemingly lost out there in a black hole far, far away? Is everyone and everything gone? Are our businesses, friends, means of support and much else gone forever? Will we be able to survive? Does anyone care about us anymore? Have we fallen down a long tunnel far, far away? I can assure you that all is in divine and perfect order. Some manifestations of our dis-connect: We may hear information from someone about a situation, and completely different information about the same situation from someone else. We may be told one thing, and then suddenly, an entirely different scenario manifests, as if some other reality was taking place and it suddenly arrived in our space, but somehow we missed out on how it got there, and it may not even match what we had been experiencing or were being told only a few days, hours, or minutes before. Someone says this and another person says that. Nothing may seem to make sense and confusion can abound during these times! We may not be able to connect to what we seem to need to connect to. There may be delays, interruptions, or even an extreme inability to connect at all. There may seem to be no open door to communication with no understanding or comprehension from either party. Misinterpretations can abound during these times. We may connect to someone with the same name as the one we are trying to connect to, but it is an entirely different person! Connections to things electronic may seem to go haywire with constant glitches, problems, and the like. Electronics may not seem to operate as they should, with one mishap after another, with seemingly no resolution in sight. We may make progress, but in small steps, little increments, and when each accomplishment finally arrives, it may not be the best one, and so yet another solution or manifestation unfolds. This is because much is re-aligning and sorting itself out. The dust has not yet settled with all of the new due to come our way. Much of everything may seem to have disappeared. Our means of financial support may have dwindled, our friends may seem farther away than normal, and much of anything may seem just too busy to find us. We may feel lost, confused, and left out. We may feel empty or perhaps floating around in a space of no space, all alone on a deserted island. We may find that when we attempt to connect locally, or to anything which is near to us in the physical, our connections manifest in record time. We may think something, and it miraculously appears in seconds. Miracles may seem to abound when we stay put, or in our immediate space. Local has all the power now, as this is our new evolutionary status. Here is what is occurring: The doors finally opened fully to the other side, or to a higher vibrating space around the latter part of March. Some experienced this as an initiation of sorts in their dream state, as well as having some strange and unusual occurrences regarding sounds (usually buzzing), seeing lights, and the like, as well as an intense and dramatic letting go. For some, it may have felt like a huge door swung open, and for others, they may have felt nothing at all. In the 3D reality, we let go of our physical bodies when we “die.” We don’t take our suitcases with us either. Through the ascension process, we are dying while we are still in our physical forms, only this process is occurring gradually in small steps. During this last phase into a higher vibrating space or dimension, we needed to let go of much that was holding us back or keeping us in a lower vibrating state. In this regard, we most recently needed to dis-connect from others who were holding us down. So then, during this latest phase, we were being encouraged to let go of our old ways of “helping,” assisting, holding on to others through compassion, and even finally letting go of the responsibilities we had held for so long in regard to getting this planet into a higher vibrating reality by using ourselves as the vehicles for transmutation. We were being released so that we could “die” some more, go to the light, and arrive in a new reality. I am currently recovering from a kidney stone (part of the reason for the delay in writing a new energy alert!). I have never had one before and have not been to a doctor or health practitioner in several years…it was all so very strange until I realized what was occurring. I am truly blessed to have wonderful neighbors. A few days after I moved into my first house here last October, we were invited to dinner across the street. There I met Jerry and his wife Nelda. Jerry and Nelda, an awesome couple of Mormon faith, have watched over my house while I was away, always made sure I was OK, invited me to dances and dinners in town, helped me move into the house I am now occupying, Jerry dowsed my new land for water, and the like. A few weeks ago Jerry had a kidney stone and it was discovered that Nelda had ovarian cancer. When I heard about this, I was crushed and immediately went into compassion. Very soon after, I got a kidney stone myself and the major portion of the pain was in the area of my ovary. Because the state of compassion vibrates lower than love, we can easily take on the energy of what we are showing compassion for. This lowers our vibration. The answer is to stay in love and to stay separate. This is what was holding many of us back from moving into the new world. We may have cared too deeply for others with a strong desire to help and assist. We no longer need to assist in this way. We can retire now from our old roles. Our mission has been accomplished. As we learn to vibrate differently, we can now move on. Currently, then, we are “re-booting.” We are gearing up and re-aligning ourselves for the new and everyone is different in regard to how this manifests. Some may feel as though they do not want to do a thing, cannot get going, feel a heaviness and a dragged down feeling, and very lethargic. Some may feel spacey, dis-oriented, have difficulty concentrating…or maybe even lost in space. Others may be preparing as if a spring cleaning is needed. And during this house cleaning, many may find that it is indeed time to let go of much while we are preparing for our very new beginnings. We are indeed re-aligning to a great degree. This is what is causing the strange occurrences with connections. As we are now vibrating higher, we are no longer in alignment with the things we used to be in alignment with. Because of this, we may find ourselves not being able to communicate with others, not wanting to continue friendships, and certainly experiencing an inability to connect to electronics and much of anything residing in the old world of lower vibrating creations! As we have reached the end of the tunnel, we may feel like much of everything else is on the opposite end of the tunnel where we are, and thus, much can feel as if it is existing somewhere far, far way. When we begin to vibrate higher, we are almost literally invisible to old lower vibrating forms. When I tried to find an installer for my internet satellite, they could not find my community or new address anywhere in their map system. It was as if I did not even exist. This is what at times can create the feeling of being lost. And this is what is creating the re-setting, re-aligning, and the new connections as well. In addition, we may need to part with some of our brothers and sisters, as we no longer share the same roles or pieces and realities of the new world. This was the case for Phil and I, as we have now completely parted in all ways. We were intended to be together for a brief time, and we are now done with what we came together to do. Someone who is an ideal match for me now is due to arrive very soon. And during this parting process, I indeed learned about holding on as well. Wanting to part as a team effort, supporting each other, and being there for each other did not work. I was holding on in an effort to take the high road of parting ways in integrity, consideration, with caring and mutual support, and this only created confusion and stress for both of us. I would have never guessed. When it is time to let go, it is simply time to let go in all ways. A brief side note here: For many, our new beginnings involve being with the partners and friends of our dreams and our ideal mates. Our ideal companions are just that. Meaning it is not necessary to have a partner who shares our project or our “work,” and certainly who is not in our space to help us balance our issues. Ideal partners in the higher realms reflect a wonderful companionship, as at this point we are fairly complete and whole all on our own. This is part of the reality of these very new beginnings which we will indeed experience soon. We are in yet another of the many transitions of the ascension process, and this particular one has many, many facets and phases as it is so very monumental. So here is what is ahead and what we are evolving into as a whole and as individuals, even though you may be tired of hearing it so many times! (smile): We have refined ourselves and purified to a great degree, although we still have much more yet to do. This creates a more purified version of who we are. In this way, we then begin to attract other more purified things into our lives which match where we currently are. As things are condensing and refining more and more, the denser energies are also leaving as well, creating much less space in between our connections. Thus, we need to re-align with things that now match where we are. Those we part from will also re-align with things that match where they are as well. All in divine and perfect order. Small communities will begin to form, as they are beginning now. This will create much in the way of “local.” You may find yourself now using a landline phone instead of a cell phone. You may find yourself connecting more to others who reside in your immediate community. The airlines here in the US are supporting this energy of “staying home,” as thousands of flights have been cancelled lately due to unusual circumstances. We are refining and purifying, and this creates a natural state of congealing with other energies similar to ours….thus, local communities, as energies which are vibrating lower seem to exist somewhere far, far away. Becoming more grounded will be prevalent, as well as aligning and grounding to your area of residence. And yes, small communities can form within big metropolises. We need only be in an area where we feel good, as that is all that matters. If you feel that you are not yet in this space of local community, you are not alone. We are all right where we need to be, and this will be addressed more fully further on in this energy alert. As the solar flares of the past have subsided to a great degree, our connections to the light will come much more from our connections to each other. We are vibrating higher now within ourselves, and we need only connect to each other for love and support. Yet another alignment to starting new communities here on Earth. Those of us who have been unable to drop extra weight will see it falling off now. Holding the light or higher vibrations for the whole is no longer necessary, as we have reached a critical mass as well as moved into a higher vibrating reality, and thus, left the denser energies behind. The weight or light we carry is now more evenly distributed among the masses, as our mission has been accomplished. We need not carry it by ourselves now in order to shift the energies. And in addition, we will be communing with our brothers and sisters of the light and thus, need not carry this weight or light when we are together. When I used to visit the ancient sites, I would love to communicate with our ancient elders and learn how they used to live and what they held dear. I am no longer in this space. During the last visit I made to my favorite site during the equinox, it was made very clear that I need only hang out, enjoy myself, and learn nothing more. This is because we have now surpassed these ancient and highly evolved ways. We are now at a point where we can create what we choose on this planet Earth. It is entirely up to us. And this is part of our new beginnings. Our old spirit guides may have departed as well, as our guidance is being encouraged to come from within ourselves…not from without (even though our spirit guides were always only higher vibrating aspects of ourselves anyway: it is just that we are now becoming them or surpassing them). So for some, new guides may arrive and for others, they may be greatly encouraged to use their wisdom from within. As we continue with our evolutionary process, more and more we become the angels of the earth ourselves as we ourselves become the non-physical beings with whom we used to consult. This is why we may appear invisible to some, or at least, greatly unnoticed in the old reality of lower vibrational manifestations. We will begin to support each other through utilizing our own unique gifts and talents within our local communities. About 25% of our time will be spent providing service to the masses in the way of our store-fronts. Our store-fronts will connect globally, while the remainder of our connections will be to our local environment. Our store-fronts will bring in the financial support we need which makes up for any support we still cannot get from our local communities. We are all at different levels of this scenario. Generally speaking, the first wavers have retired and all their needs will be met. On down the rungs of the ladder will be others who desire to follow. These individuals will be assisted by those who have retired, and they will be assisted through the store-fronts. In this way, our store-fronts will cater more to the mainstream than ever before. Know as well, that there are always overlaps and grey areas. Some may not serve the mainstream, but serve others who are near the top rung with much more higher vibrating services. Others may have store-fronts at the same time that they are still moving up the ladder. This is just an overview of our evolutionary process and how it will most likely unfold and there is always room for change as we are the ultimate creators. Currently in the US our economy is resetting itself. It is experiencing a rebooting as well. So there is much going on all at once now, as the US has always been the fore-runner for the rest of the world. Our store-fronts will be the glue that holds what is left together. We will all be OK. We will be OK either through our store-fronts as wayshowers, or through the assistance of others who are a bit ahead of us. Or even through the love, unity, connections, and support of our new communities! No one is better than another, and no one has missed the boat. We determined our roles and how they would unfold well before we entered these physical forms. In this way, we are all right where we need to be according to what our own individual roles are about. Holding the space where each of us is residing is always perfection. In this way we assist the whole as we assist ourselves. We need to be in different spaces. This is part of the process… Re-booting almost always involves the heavy feeling of lethargy, but it always passes as well. Greetings! Some incredible new openings arrived for us on April 1st. Like a huge flower opening and readying to bloom, much was revealed to us and a very new doorway opened to allow an effortless and beautiful entry into a higher vibrating reality and world of our wildest dreams. Some are having awesome and incredible experiences, and others are feeling stagnation and heaviness. There is a key to this door to heaven, and all we need do is be willing to grasp it and open the door. I have been telling a tale the past months or perhaps years of dimensional hierarchies. I have been telling a tale about how we would eventually arrive in a space where we would be on a new and different “other side,” spending limited but valuable time on the dimensional border, and rarely going back to the lower and denser dimensions which will be crashing as they prepare to depart. This is all finally occurring now. This scenario is most certainly here…we are smack in the middle of it now. What is the key to the door and what are some of the manifestations of this very new arrival into the higher realms? Manifestations: The density in the higher realms is much lighter. This means that what remains is mostly the purer forms of vibration, with much gone that was released and purged (remember 2007, the year of purging and growth?). So then, there is not nearly as much “in between” manifestations of form. When we look out through the windows of our eyes, we don’t see as much forest, as much has been cleared. In this regard, our boundaries are now much thinner. Very commonly through the ascension process, we experience specific phases of unpleasantness relating to boundaries. These phases always occur when we have reached a new and higher vibrating plateau. We can have an experience where we feel we have been violated, intruded upon, or perhaps that we were taken advantage of for our goodness, kindness and understanding. We can feel as if someone or something has entered our private space, taken control when we have not given permission, and is doing things or vibrating in ways that make us extremely uncomfortable. An unpleasant energy seems to want to run our show without our permission. There seems to be an uninvited intruder present. Here is what is occurring: The lower vibrating energies are in extreme fear now, as they are aware (but rarely consciously) that they are departing. They are grasping to hold onto something. They are grabbing a shore and the shore is us. We feel good to them as we vibrate higher. We are loving and understanding. Thus, they are clinging onto us in desperation, and unfortunately, our understanding nature makes us very vulnerable. Because of the new boundary situation with less density and boundaries present, they are really in our spaces. Having this kind of lower vibrating and very fearful and extreme energy within our spaces can feel scary, out of control, and even create panic and anxiety. The antidote can be simple ….we need to show love to these energies while we most assuredly refuse to allow these energies to continue their dance. We need to extricate ourselves from them, as they will most certainly pull us down into their space. We can love them, but we need not spend all our time with them. Being firm while moving on is the best scenario here. But there is yet another piece. Compassion is a higher vibrating energy, but love vibrates even higher. When we are in compassion, we are taking on the energy of that which we are feeling compassion for. This pulls us down. In addition, there is no compassion on the other side as there is no suffering. Deep caring can be awesome, but too much of it can allow us to give ourselves away. Love is pure and simple. We love but do not own or relate anymore to the energies of which we are no longer in alignment with. Love and limited caring until we are able to be only in pure love is perhaps the best scenario in dealing with these energies. Love and move on. Understand and care briefly, and move on. And when we are in the spaces of these lower vibrating energies, vibrating love to them will keep our own vibrations high while allowing us to reside in these spaces of dimensional divide for a limited time. As the doors have finally flown open for our new residency in a higher realms reality, staying back with these fearful energies will only serve to pull us down, delay our arrival, and devalue ourselves as well. We have most certainly earned this new chapter, or new book of the life of our wildest dreams, and putting ourselves first will guarantee our arrival with complete certainty. Is this being selfish? One of the “keys of being” that is included in Stepping Into the New Reality (yes, finally out soon for those of you who may be interested!) is that we have to put ourselves first. We can’t pour water from an empty pitcher. This way of being also keeps our vibration high as well. What about service? Yes, very important here in regard to the dimensional hierarchies. Non-physical beings don’t spend a lot of time in our dimension, even though they can be great advisors and love us dearly. They do not spend much time in our dimension because they cannot. Higher and lower vibrating energies cannot exist in the same space for long periods of time. We can always go lower, but we cannot go higher until we are matching that higher vibration within ourselves. We are now being asked to go higher and stay there as we are now vibrating higher. When we drop down to assist those vibrating lower, at the space of the dimensional boundary, we can only stay there for limited times of service, vibrating love and assistance through our store-fronts, and then we must go back home. And any lower than the dimensional divide is the old world. The old world is falling fast now. Here in the US, the economy is crashing, as the old world is experiencing a need to turn inside out while its value system is re-structuring. Staying out of the old world is a necessity now, as we do not want to go down with the ship. The key to the other side? Letting go of the burdens and responsibilities that are not ours. Letting go of the illusional “have to’s.” No longer being there for others. Allowing the energies and journeys of others to be their own. Focusing on where we are now vibrating, or the higher realms, and really seeing where we actually are instead of focusing on what is falling away. The higher realms is right in front of us and many times we do not even notice. Not taking on the energies of others, not doing it all, and not feeling responsible for the whole of the planet, as the planet is right where it needs to be. Lots of “nots” here! How about this more higher vibrating version instead: Following our bliss. Allowing ourselves to put ourselves first. Owning our own journey. Staying true to our pure and authentic selves. Being in our own space. Supporting ourselves as this supports the whole as well. And letting go of the burdens. The theme here is responsibility. Many may need to let go of being over-responsible, but there are others who will need to become more responsible for themselves. Either way, there is an imbalance. Once we let go and extricate ourselves from the energies of others we will be catapulted like magic into a very new reality. I can assure you, your life will turn into the life of your wildest dreams. “Well, this doesn’t make much sense Karen,” you might be thinking. “After all, you have been saying for weeks and weeks that we were ‘waiting” for everyone else to catch up!” We have most certainly been transmuting the energies for the whole. This has been a role of each and every lightworker indeed. And yes, we have been “waiting” for this new opening to occur as we wanted as many people on board as possible. The transmuting and waiting are what was needed to create the critical mass of energy required to blast through to the other side. The mission has now been accomplished. Life on “the other side” is very different from life in the old world. We no longer transmute or wait for others to catch up, as we are all here right now. Being in our integrity, being true to ourselves, vibrating as high as possible while interacting with others who are doing the same is the way here. Equal contributions are the way as well. This supports the whole. So then, equal contributions of our gifts and talents, or our true and authentic selves, requires a balance of responsibility…we cannot give too much and we cannot take too much either. Being who we are is the key. When we are all simply being who we are, in our integrity, then we naturally support each other. We are all integral pieces of the whole, and now that we are vibrating higher and higher, we will begin to congeal in small like minded communities which will be separate from what is falling. We will begin supporting ourselves and no longer relying on support from the old outside world of the masses. And as more and more individuals residing in the old world begin to be willing to let go and change, we will have the opportunity to assist them in getting to where we are through our store-fronts and our service which will exist on the dimensional border. At times I receive correspondences from readers who vehemently object to portions of my writings. There is much room in these energy alerts for mis-interpretation. I am unable to go into great detail about each concept, and this can cause mis-interpretations. In addition, we are all vibrating at different levels and see through different filters as well. So please know that some of this material may seem “off” to some of you without the luxury of a long winded explanation. In the new Stepping Into the New Reality program, there will be an opportunity to ask questions to gain clarity. The books and programs are much more in-depth as well. The energy alerts are meant to bring validation to our experiences and to assist in clarifying this sometimes strange and confusing experience of ascension. Many of us are tired as well and don’t wish to wade through a long winded energy alert several times per month. My hope and desire is that the brevity of these messages serves to assist and support, and not to confuse. If we never read or attempted to learn one thing in this world, we would all be fine… because very simply, we are always right where we need to be. Enjoying our lives each and every day, being present in them, accepting that we are here having an experience called life, and enjoying the simplicity of each and every moment is all that is ever needed anyway. For energyworkers and those that are interested in one perspective on what is going on, energywise, I continue to post these Energy Alerts from Karen. Much love, warm hugs, and blessings for all my friends, family, and fans! Greetings! This is perhaps one of the most exciting energy alerts I have ever had the privilege of writing. In this energy alert: Information about completing the shift… Manifestations internally and externally; Much more about weight gain; Letting go of our responsibilities with no guilt; Allowing things to be “over” and moving on. We have finally reached the pivotal point of critical mass and this is creating “the big release.” Enough of the masses have now had time to choose, change, and expand, and thus, we now have the opportunity to reside fully on the “other side.” Our waiting and also our so called work of holding the space for the masses is now over. The end of March usually brings in much new, as the equinox serves as a vehicle for this flow. Add to this the full moon and the energy of Easter, and a final thrust was created that served to complete this opening. This pivotal point allowed much to be left behind. It was as if a huge chunk of what many of us had been burdened with or attached to was now allowed to dramatically drop away. The connections created from unplugging ourselves from the old reality and into the new are now becoming more permanent than ever. We are finding more and more new connections on this “other side” which are much more in alignment with who and where we are now (more on this further along in this energy alert). Now many of us will begin to experience instant miracles, a substantial lightness, a life of no attachments or burdens, and an incredible freedom. These experiences arise when we are willing to let go of our fears and are willing to let go of what we thought our securities were…and most importantly we are now being asked to let go of our “bondage” of responsibilities. When we can choose to release and let go of “old world” burdens, old relationships that make us feel heavy and drained, and the like, we will then find ourselves in a brand new reality if lightness, ease, joy, laughter, fun, light, peace, love, and wonderful like minded and similar vibrating companionships. This great release means mission accomplished. And in this way, many of us have been released from our old roles as lightworkers (more on this further along as well as this release can create some strange and unsettling feelings). The ascension process greatly mimics menopause. With short term memory loss, abdominal weight gain, depression, anxiety, hot flashes and night sweats, crying jags and emotional meltdowns being experienced by men and women of all ages, we may wonder what in the world is going on. It is a process of leaving one reality and identity and moving into another. Leaving our old life and old roles behind, just like menopause. Part of this process created a desire for more time for ourselves without all the responsibilities, perhaps feeling that we wanted to be “done” and ready to let go of all the “child rearing,” giving, being there for others, and sacrificing that we have done in the past. It suddenly seemed to be time for us…perhaps our time at last. So just like menopause, some of us were at the point of being “done” with a large part of our roles as lightworkers, or in other words, raising the planet (or its vibration!). This state of being created anger, frustration, and a very severe need to allow others to do it now, to allow others to do things we were weary of doing, and a desire to simply stop. Creating exhaustion and dead batteries, many of us were more than ready for this new residency to occur, and the final stages of this waiting period proved to be challenging at best. Now enough of the critical mass has been affected through this latest shift, so that it is now time for many to allow others to take over. What exactly does this mean? Are we done, washed up, being put out to pasture? Will we be leaving soon? Are we going to die? No…we just have new roles now and we get to “retire” into the land of our wildest dreams with perfect companions who fit us to a tea, while we continue to provide our service to the rest of the planet in limited amounts on the dimensional “border” while we reside predominantly in a heaven on earth reality of our dreams…phew! The more time we spend and the more connected we are to the old world, the more uncomfortable we will be. Trusting that we can let go of the old will allow the new to arrive. And this brings us to the matter of our body weight. That old weight gain. During the first phases of the ascension process, it can be common to suddenly lose a substantial amount of weight (but not necessarily for everyone). This is because our bodies go into shock, so to speak, and we can freak out, have panic and anxiety (or depression), and it can be difficult to eat. Our bodies are beginning to house a massive change and restructuring and they can really be hit hard during this first stage. After this stage is complete many of us begin to experience abdominal weight gain. This is because our relationship to the world is changing, we can no longer reside in these denser energies, and thus, we put up a wall of protection in this area in the form of a weight barrier. This additional weight also holds a higher vibration or much more light. Our solar plexis area thus holds more of the light as it represents the barrier or our relationship to the old world and denser vibrations. And in this way, when we were still spending time in the old world, we needed this area to be dense. Most recently, many of us are experiencing a substantial amount of weight gain all over our bodies. We can look in the mirror one day and be quite surprised to see the shocking image reflecting back as it may appear that we suddenly gained a huge amount of weight almost overnight! For some, we have never been this weight in our entire lives. Here is what is occurring: When we are interacting with the denser energies of the old world, or with any energies that we do not resonate with, we begin to hold more light as a protection. We are thus holding in a resistive fashion, whether we are consciously aware of it or not. This creates a tightness and a flow can then not be created. Also, we have had to let go of so much of who we thought we were, or our lower vibrating density, that in order to remain “here” on this planet, we subconsciously think we need to create a heavier physical form to keep us “here.” As we are carrying more light for the whole, we were thus “carrying more weight” than others. We knew we needed to “pull our own weight” by being in our integrity, by coming from our highest stance, and by being a purified version of who we really were (our own individual gifts and talents). This extra weight then, was needed while we were interacting with the whole and influencing it through our presence alone. I frequently notice that when I visit my family in California, and am in the energies there if even for a week, I come home with a bigger belly. At lower levels, these interactions with the lower vibrations can cause stress (I’m not specifically referring to my family here…sorry mom), and this state creates a chemical change within us which can cause weight gain as well. All the same thing. But now things have changed. We have been released from this role. Thus, our weight will begin to fall off the more we begin residing on the “other side.” Again, the more time we spend and the more connected we are to the old world, the more uncomfortable we will be. Trusting that we can let go of the old will allow the new to arrive. And this brings us to our very new connections. We are now carrying enough light as individuals that we will begin connecting to others now instead of connecting to Source as our means of support and higher energy. Yes, Source is ever present and we will always connect to it, but we are embodying so much Source within us now, that we will begin to connect to each other in new and different ways. If you are one who has been experiencing a lack of support from others, or a feeling that you have to do it all, or a feeling that you are taking on all the responsibility, here is why: You are most likely still connecting to others who are either not in your vibrational space, or to others who are not yet embodying their passion, or their specific role in the new world. In the new world we each have a specific passion or role to fulfill. The ascension process creates a spinning off of anything that is not ours to do, thus, we no longer have the energy, where-with-all, or desire to do it all or to wear all the hats. Our new roles involve being very true to who we are, or to our authentic selves. When we do not do this, or are not really being who we really are, we are out of alignment and chaos and unpleasantness can result. Being our true and authentic selves involves being in our integrity at all times and thus bringing forth our true and highest selves to the whole. And in this regard, we need not ever settle for less in any arena or in any way. So in this way, we are now creating new connections to others. As we begin to embody our true and authentic selves, we then begin to connect to others who are doing the same. Then, when we connect to these others, we create a very new whole which is comprised of those embodying their passions, gifts and talents, and who are very good at what they do. Each of us then has a sincere desire to do our jobs well, we never tire of it, it comes easily for us, and we are then in heaven living effortlessly as we become a piece of this very new and highly vibrating whole. These types of groups are beginning to congeal now, as they break off from the old world and form small groups of their own. It involves higher vibrating energies connecting to each other. So in this way, many of us are more than ready to let go of the burdens of our old responsibilities. I talk a lot about this scenario in Remembering Your Soul Purpose (I am so blissfully happy that the time is finally here!), and when my new web site is done, there will be complimentary information for you in assisting with identifying what that purpose is, along with other helpful information. (I just returned home from a trip to Santa Fe. The phone in my hotel room had the message light blinking. Not knowing if I had a message, I dialed in to see. What I heard were three wonderful messages for the last three inhabitants of my room. They were all so beautiful…thoughts of love from friends, invitations to unite, and the like. Every few days I receive emails intended for others, as some folks hit the reply button instead of the forward button. There are so many wonderful emails from one friend to another, saying how much they enjoyed their last reunion, along with messages of love and support. There is so much love between friends!) When we come to the point where we are willing and ready to let go of the old responsibilities, we may feel guilt. But after we let go, we then feel blissfully light and very connected to the new. It is then that we are more fully able to reside in the new world and the other side. We have been relieved of our old responsibilities of raising the vibration of the planet. It is now OK to retire, enjoy ourselves, and to take time for us within a reality of our wildest dreams. We are no longer in a “bondage” state with our old responsibilities as lightworkers. This can feel very strange at first, as this is all many of us have known, but when we allow the new “us” and the new reality to arrive for us, we will feel better than we have ever known! I frequently mention our store-fronts. These will be the portals which exist on the dimensional border and which serve to house our gifts and talents in regard to service to others. We will be able to have lives of effortless existence, but many of us will want to continue to serve through these store-fronts. They will also serve as portals for money, until money is no longer needed. Another scenario symptomatic of our new residency is a common one that involves the feeling of no boundaries, or perhaps even a feeling of being violated. Whenever we vibrate higher or reach a new vibrational residency in a higher dimension, we can feel that our boundaries are greatly thinning, and rightfully so. This can make us feel very vulnerable, as if things are happening seemingly out of our control. Much more density is gone in the higher realms and we can really feel it. But as we vibrate higher, we now connect to other higher vibrating energies and things do get better. As we begin to connect with others vibrating high in their integrity and purpose, much else will fall away and cease to be in our spaces. Our connections to electronics are being affected as well. We are vibrating differently than our electronics now. It can be hard to connect with or to have these electronic devices work for us! Eventually, we will be much more focused on our internal electronics instead of the external ones, and they will no longer be needed, but not for quite awhile yet. As we continue to refine who we really are, to stay in our integrity and not settle for less, then much will arrive for us effortlessly. Thought I would post the newest Energy Alert - still haven't had a chance to read it myself!! Have a glorious evening! Blessings, one and all! In this energy alert: The dam is about ready to burst...get ready! Well folks, we are still put-put-putting along as we make slow and steady progress. In bits and pieces, we are integrating and aligning with the new energies of this next dimensional leap and connecting as we go, if only ever so slowly. Small pieces are coming together, but we have yet to be able to say “YIPEEEEE! We are finally engulfed in the new energies and everything is moving ahead like a magical whirlwind of effortless creation!” Like a fever that has yet to break, we may feel stuck, waiting, and wondering what the hold up is. Butting up against a dam that seems to be holding us in check, we may feel stagnant and immobile. Will we ever move forward? Will the tide ever turn? Is the world falling apart and readying to end forever? Are we catapulting into hell as old prophesies often predicted? Will dark energies run the planet forever more? Is there some mistake here? Have we been overlooked, forgotten, and left behind? Are we simply hanging in mid-air with no supports in place? Are all our old securities disappearing and leaving us helpless, lost, and confused? And where is that support anyway????!!!!! Do we have to do everything ourselves in order to make anything happen at all? Are we too tired, exhausted, drained, and empty to continue on? Where are our reinforcements, anyway? Are our non-physical counterparts simply staring at us and doing nothing to help? To all of the above I say “NO.” And yet there is much to say “YES” about once we understand what is indeed occurring. Even though the scenarios above may seem to be what some of us are feeling and experiencing, the dam is beginning to leak, we are seeping through into the next dimension, and eventually it will finally break when enough souls come on board with an alignment to the new and thus push through the dam into the New Reality. In regard to this massive rebirth we are about to experience, we are still in the birth canal “dilating,” and we are not yet at a “10.” As for the scenarios above, we will indeed move forward when the time is right…the tide will indeed turn in a very dramatic way as it is currently doing in small increments in order to build momentum…the world is indeed falling apart as the “old” can no longer exist…many are experiencing “hell” as it serves as a wake up call to surrender, try something new, and in order to create a willingness to let go…there are no dark energies as we are only “seeing” the darkness that is leaving us now and spurring on many to make change…there is absolutely no mistake, as everything is progressing in divine and perfect order (this is a MASSIVE undertaking this time and each and every living thing is being given an opportunity to cross over into the New Reality), our old securities are indeed leaving and this can indeed make us feel lost and insecure (more on this further on in this alert), our old supports are leaving as well (more in this also), and no, our non-physical companions have not abandoned us as they are beautifully allowing us to create our own new reality…just as they should be doing! For the past 9 months, I have been working with a new web team who has been readying my site and making changes in its deep formatting to allow for optimum viewing for all my readers, and then a switch over to some new hosting to allow for many more to view all at once. There were glitches and problems, and finally, a sort of disappearance of the web team altogether! It was taking forever and then it just stopped! After feeling abandoned, sad, confused, and certainly lost without a properly working web site, I had finally just given up. I was simply too tired to make things happen from my “lower” self. It did not feel right anymore. “Where were my supports?! How could I present my work and passion without a vehicle?! And why, oh why, was I being left on my own, in the dark, without any help??!!” I had asked myself countless times! And the sadness I felt seemed overwhelming at times… Finally last week, I emailed the web team and said that I would be taking legal action against them if they did not deliver in one week…period. They had a substantial amount of my money. No more excuses. And then I heard nothing for another week. Why do we seem to have to get very emotional, angry, and take such a hard stand before we can get anyone to listen? Aren’t we supposed to be naturally and gracefully attracting what we need through the laws of matching vibration? Why do we have to do everything ourselves? What in the world is going on? Where is our help and support? I finally got some results after more threats…not my norm for sure but I had absolutely had it…and I was almost too weary to even muster up any anger! The situation began to get very clear as it progressed, even though I was experiencing great sadness at how it was transpiring. Here is what became clear, as I was most certainly experiencing what I had been writing about for the past few weeks: Getting angry and emotional does indeed serve to move the energy. This has been the case for eons of time, as emotion is what serves as a vehicle for energy. But becoming angry did not feel right, and rightfully so as it only served to create a “temporary” fix and only in one particular situation in my life. Becoming emotional and angry did not place me in the natural flow of where we are currently residing as a whole. It placed me out of sync and out of alignment, even though it eventually did create some movement. Know as well that anger is one step up from sadness, so in this regard we can feel a bit better indeed. Anger is certainly not always a bad thing. But the space I had to occupy while resolving this situation really whacked me out. By that evening, Phil finally asked me, “Do you realize that you are still in your pajamas?”! “Why don’t you take a shower or maybe even comb your hair? You might feel better…”! Oh, the joys of working at home! In the meantime, Phil had spent the day cleaning the house from top to bottom, moving out all the furniture and cleaning under, behind, and on it, and preparing a scrumptious dinner (I am very blessed to be married to a man who does this on a regular basis!) The deep cleaning, if only in the house, made such a difference! I felt so much lighter, fresh, and new. On that day, I decided to consult my brother, who is a system’s analyst, writes software programs, and has been a computer whiz forever (for those of you who are familiar with Sherri, this is her husband). I needed help understanding what was involved with virtual servers, web site language, and the like as I felt at a loss while attempting to communicate with this web team. Normally, I do not bother him as he is very busy with his business and carries quite a load. Although he would usually like to help, he simply cannot. Ultimately what transpired was this: My brother became very helpful in assisting me, and it became quite clear that we were establishing a new and more aligned connection in regard to my web site and the technology involved. He was, in fact, desiring a change and new direction, and I had been receiving information for quite awhile that we would all be connecting as a family to bring forth our joys, talents, and assistance for the creation of the New World. This family connection would be one of my “communities.” I knew it was coming, so I was quite thrilled when it finally transpired! This was but another piece that I had not even thought of. So then, here it is: Things that may seem to be abandoning us or giving us no support, are doing so because they are no longer in alignment with where we are vibrating. We created them at a time when we were vibrating differently. They are no longer in our vibrational space. They exist somewhere else. There is much re-arranging occurring now. My brother is very savvy in regard to the ways of the New World…he understands the new energies on a conscious level. He was ready for something new for himself that more fully matched his vibration, as was I. I feel so truly blessed to be connecting with him now in a more permanent and new way! He will now be handling all my web site needs. Whooopeeeee! As the old systems begin to fall away, we will then be matched up with new supports which match who we are and how we are vibrating. We can no longer utilize and team with energies that will soon be departing and which are no longer in alignment with who we are (it would not be to our best advantage and differing vibrating energies cannot line up anyway)…but we still need to be able to create and we need supports. So in this way, we will be experiencing new supports, or perhaps just supports that are in alignment with the New Reality. Then there was the situation with… our house. Phil and I found our temporary home in the area where we knew we would be residing for awhile. We were truly blessed to find a rental home in this small town of 400. We also knew we would only be in it for about 7 or 8 months. What a house it is! Built in 1933, it has some interesting quirks. The floors are not level, so one can get seasick looking around! The plumbing gets backed up on a regular basis. The other day I heard some wild gurgling, ran into the bathroom screaming “Phil! Phil!”, and there before our eyes was an eruption in the toilet…water was spewing up all by itself and having a wild party! We died laughing as at this point we have begun to get accustomed to these interesting and at times amusing quirks. At times our electric just decides to “stop.” It seems to have only so much to spare, and then it rests for awhile until it can build up again. We can be using the microwave, and then suddenly it stops in mid-stream to take a rest. After about 15 minutes it resumes. We never know when this will happen with any given outlet! Phil used to teach electricians in the Peace Corps, so he knows about these things, but he still finds it all very amusing indeed! And then there is our landlord who lives in another state, but that is another long and wildly strange story as well. It is near impossible to interact with him in a logical way, although we really like him. We need to move from our house…it is making us insane! This is why it is becoming more and more difficult to live here. Everything is in divine and perfect order, as we are now ready to look for our land here in the area where we are now residing. The situation with our house is telling us that it is now time. We cannot stay here any longer. We are so excited! When I was experiencing frustrations and sadness about my web team, with my new bank (customer service, what is that?), and with any of the old structures I was still needing to connect to, Phil, who is very removed from much of the system, sat there so very calmly wondering why I was so “stuck,” until…….the television would no longer connect to the satellite. Aha! I was no longer alone in my frustration! My gentle spirited husband became irate with the television satellite company, as we had had five crews come out and try to resolve this situation already. And once again, the anger moved some energy for a resolution, but ultimately we are still re-aligning and dis-connecting from old energies. In the areas where we are still maintaining a connection to the old systems, we are no longer a match and will most likely experience a lack of support, a falling away as if these connections no longer exist, which can create a feeling of hanging out there with no supports. In time, and this is happening now, more individuals who are embodying the new energies will catch up as a whole, and we will then begin receiving new supports. This is all part of the creation of the New Reality…it is transpiring in divine and perfect order and it takes time. Yes, we are still being turned inside out as the re-aligning continues and the new energies begin to take a foothold in positions of influence. Just yesterday, it made headlines that the governor of the state of New York, here in the US, was resigning because he had been caught allegedly paying for services from highly expensive call girls for a very long time. His replacement, Lieutenant Governor David Paterson, is a blind black man and very highly revered. How awesome is that! Whooopeeeee! As the big energy shifts that are usually initiated from the cosmos have been taking a break for awhile, we are being given the opportunity to create from within, or in other words, assist each other and unite as a whole as brothers and sisters of the light. We are connecting now from deep within ourselves. Our connection to Source then, is coming from our deepest connections possible. These connections run higher and deeper and arise from our soul memories and our new and higher alignments. This is the beauty of creating the New World by ourselves. No interference from star beings or the like is allowed. We are the ones who are ascending through ourselves and taking all of the cosmos with us. In this way, it is our experience so we get to call all of the shots and create a very New World according to what we choose to create….all by ourselves! The sky is the limit. It is up to us. Fresh and new….yes completely new and thus not necessarily in accordance with the original blueprint of the planet earth. We get to decide! We are here as representatives from every nook and cranny of the universe, and in this way we will have many ideas to contribute. It will be truly awesome! So is the world coming to an end! Yes! But only because a new one is about ready to hatch. If it is difficult to have faith and to trust that this is so, simply notice how many new babies are arriving and how many women are pregnant right now. There are so many new and evolved souls waiting to arrive for this New World, that they are even coming in as twins! They cannot get here fast enough. As Phil just told me, “When you look at the night sky, you cannot see the stars move. But if you look away for awhile, and look back at the same stars, you realize that they have moved. They are moving at the speed they are supposed to, but we cannot see this with our human senses.” And this is how it is now. Things are indeed shifting and moving. This is a big process this time. We don’t want to start the train moving, and then have to stop and say, “Wait! Some stragglers are running down the track trying to get on board! Stop the train!” We want as many on board as possible to ensure that the New Reality will indeed take hold with no possibility of failure. Are you ready? Can you feel the small steps and new alignments getting stronger and stronger? Can you feel your brothers and sisters aligning with you for new and stronger connections that are oh so much higher? Here is the newest Energy Alert! Blessings, one and all! Greetings! In this energy alert: All about the new unity! Why we are experiencing role reversals; Balancing our energies: why this is happening and manifestations of it; More about the suffering and violence and why it on the rise; Interpretations of the US presidential elections and what will transpire; Why we are experiencing a lack of support and how this will change soon; Explanations of weight gain; and physical and emotional manifestations of the re-alignment process. A brief note: A few of you have been unable to view the latest energy alert exactly when it is posted. The energy alert for February 23 was not posted until the 24th. This was a rare exception. If you cannot view the newest alert on the date you receive the notification (I can assure you, it is indeed on the web site), it is most likely because of your ISP or your computer settings. In time it will show up for you. I appreciate your letting me know, but it is not on this end. Hopefully one day we will find out why this occurs (I have consulted with various “experts”), but for now, I appreciate your patience! Now on to the newest energy alert: We are still being turned inside out in various ways, as the aligning process for the higher realms is completing its latest phase. Each and every living thing is going through this process, and we will not move forward completely, until enough of the masses have had an opportunity to get on board this amazing train. Currently, the “turning inside out” phase is manifesting as one substantial role reversal. We are literally unplugging from one energy source or dimension and plugging into a very new and different source, which will thus create a very new beginning when all is ready and aligned as much as it can be. The role reversals? We are experiencing role reversals as we begin the re-aligning process, as this experience supports the very needed balancing of our personal energies and the energies on the planet. Manifestations? Those near and dear to us will begin to manifest the behaviors and energies that we have always manifested and we will begin to manifest theirs. For example, one individual I know is slowing down, not working, and will be able to stay at home due to a new circumstance (she always worked, was the responsible one, and also took care of all the household duties and child raising). Her spouse is suddenly working two jobs and bringing in all the financial support. Another friend has always tagged along with her spouse and worked where he did in a part-time way as he was the bread winner for their 35 year marriage. Now she has found her passion, is making great money, and he is wanting to quit his long time profitable work and tag along with her as her support in her work. Someone else I know and love dearly has been passionately involved with animal rescue and care, and her husband was not very interested, and even irritated that she spent so much time with her passion. Recently, they adopted a puppy they were fostering, and he is now in love with this dog, greatly understands her work, and is there supporting her as never before. We are having experiences where we are beginning to walk in the shoes of others, in order to understand them, accept them, and to balance all of our energies together in one big and beautiful pot. This is part of the new unity energy. If you are one who feels that you absolutely cannot do something anymore, are completely exhausted when you even think about how you used to be and what you used to do, then you are most likely being encouraged to try a “role reversal.” In the old 3D reality, we attracted others into our spaces who balanced out our energies. If we were go-getters, we usually attracted a more laid back personality who stood back and waited. Now these individuals are being encouraged to stand back and wait a bit more, as they were probably too extreme in their aggressive posture. And vice versa for our partners. These balancing and role reversal scenarios can manifest in a variety and multitude of ways…not just in the ways mentioned above. In the higher realms, there are no extreme postures. Our gifts and talents are utilized when they are needed. We need not be “on” 24/7, as the remainder of the time that we experience this reality when we are not “on,” we experience it within a group as fun, joy, ease, equal partnership, and most certainly blissful companionship. We exist then, as equal contributing representations of energies. We need only be “on” when our area of expertise is needed. The remainder of the time we can simply enjoy ourselves as we unite with our brothers and sisters in fun and laughter on equal terms. No more leaders now as well in this new world of unity and equality. Unity energy is a must in the higher realms, and this role reversal many of us are experiencing is simply a manifestation of living in a higher realms reality. We are thus quite naturally now morphing into beings who then match a higher vibrating reality. If we choose to resist these supports and suggestions for change from the higher realms (yes, we are being lovingly supported for our arrival there), the suffering begins. And through the suffering, we are being encouraged to make a change, to let go of the old us, and to allow these internal adjustments to be made. Why so much suffering this past year or so, and why so much suffering and pain appearing to manifest in the world of late? The suffering exists for a few reasons. We suffer when we need to go deep and make a change. As 3D human beings, change occurred much more frequently through suffering than through joy. When we are seemingly happy and contented, we are not as motivated to change what needs to change in order to continue evolving spiritually. Suffering is the old way, but being that many were still in old energy, it was decided that suffering would be the catalyst and the vehicle into the higher realms. Many more would be captured this way and thus a massive relocation of beings into the new world would be more assured and would happen more quickly. The new unity which is creating change and alignments for residency in the higher realms is also creating resistance from some factions. When fear of change, or perhaps fear of an impending non-existence occurs, we then experience volatile actions and sudden outbursts, fear, and what can manifest as violence and an uprising energy. These energies or the forms which they embody are terrified that they will cease to exist. Not knowing how to re-connect to their souls or higher selves, or even to Source through trust, they freak out and react. This is when understanding and compassion are in order for these factions, even though we still must no longer tolerate their ways. Here in the US, there has been an epidemic of shootings with a sometimes accompanied suicide. It seems that every week, someone opens fire in a public place and kills seemingly innocent victims in a rampage. It can be heart wrenching at best. There has been recent activity in regard to energy movement in South America, as Colombia and Venezuela are experiencing extreme tensions, the Israel-Palestinian conflict has intensified, and Kosovo and Serbia are still experiencing great tensions as well. These are all manifestations of the “turning inside out” and fear energy, as it can be extremely difficult for some. The changes that are necessary for a higher realms reality to occur are massive as well as impending, and thus, chaos and suffering can at times seem to be all that is occurring. Here in the US, we are still experiencing amazing surprises in regard to our presidential elections. As the new energies strive to maintain a new foothold, the ups and downs continue to manifest in regard to which candidate will be the forerunner. (I ask that you please read this energy report in its entirely and with an unbiased stance before you send me emotional correspondences as to why I am wrong and you are right…much of the time we are all right. I am giving you an energy report here…it is not my personal opinion as to whom I think should be our next president.) As unity and balance are mainstays in a higher realms reality (balance thus creating that zero point or an alignment to higher energies), it has manifested as a seeming change of flow in regard to which candidate will be most desired as our new president. The current energies will thus create a candidate which matches where we are now vibrating as a whole. Balance and a more centered candidate are beginning to make their presence known. John McCain representing the more conservative Republican party, embodies a very evident energy of the center, or rather a more centered Republican (in other words, not as much to the right) that we have yet to experience. This is why he moved so very unexpectedly to the forefront, and this is also because any extreme energies of this party are now becoming defunct, as extreme energies cannot exist in a higher vibrating reality. The extreme energies of conservatism are making their way out, and will eventually cease to exist. Barack Obama most certainly represents the center as well as more of the whole. A child of two races, a man with a middle name of Hussein, and having a strong desire to listen and respect all sides, along with a vision for a new beginning, he appears to embody the energies of the whole in many ways. But then we have Hillary Clinton, the first woman presidential candidate, who thus embodies the much needed feminine. The result? I have always said that each political party embodies a needed representation of higher vibrating energies, if used appropriately. The combination of both parties would be a third and highest vibrating form. And this is the way of the higher realms. A full representation of all forms in their highest state. Not this one only, or that one only, but all together as a whole. So then, what would be an outcome of balance, center, and equal respresentation? Obama and Clinton together on one ticket as president and vice-president would certainly represent a good portion of the whole. But what about McCain? We have not yet evolved to a point where we have but one party, so then a Democrat or a Republican must win. The best scenario then, in regard to these candidates matching where we are currently vibrating in our evolutionary process, would be a combination of the highest vibrating facets. This then, will be what eventually transpires. And if we are not yet ready for this combination, then we will elect a president who embodies the most of what we are now vibrating and desiring. The re-aligning process has also manifested itself in ways relating to our physical bodies. Back and neck pain usually accompany an adjustment. This is because we are growing our angel wings in bits and pieces, and it can be felt in the back and neck areas as we expand and move energy there. Sinus and head colds, and chest congestion are also common. And intentional bloating usually occurs as we fill up with new energy and begin expanding. But also know that if you need to seek medical attention, please do what you feel is best for you, as you might just have the flu! What about that old familiar weight gain, especially around our abdominal areas? 2007, especially the latter half, was the year of yet more weight gain for many of us. All the purging, releasing, and aligning caused stress for many, and this stress can create weight gain. But there other reasons for weight gain through the ascension process as well. As we evolve higher and higher, we begin to hold more higher vibrating energy within us. This energy needs a certain amount of density to house it. Phil and I have found through visiting many ancient sites, that the ancients in this area usually chose to build around massive amounts of stone. Stone carries a great amount of density, and thus could house their higher vibrating secrets and ways. During our ascension process, we are embodying these energies within ourselves, and thus we can experience the bloating and intestinal distress at times (we can also experience intestinal distress when releasing). As we are currently experiencing a re-aligning and an attempt to establish a new foothold, many are thus experiencing diarrhea and then constipation. Our physical vessels are what holds these energies and what is usually affected by all the changes as well. When housing higher energies through our bodies, we can find that no matter what we do, we simply cannot lose weight! Emotionally, we can be affected as well. Currently, due to the latest phase of un-plugging from one reality and plugging into another, we can feel scattered, unable to speak the correct words, lost in our thinking, not all here or there, and not very focused on one thing. We may seem to not make much sense to others, or be unable to explain things in a rational or easy way. We simply have not yet landed completely. The turning inside out energy is affecting some of us. Many are experiencing vivid dreams of late as well. These dreams are giving us important messages during this phase of adjustment. And in addition, for some of us during a time of rebirth, we may find ourselves examining our lives and reviewing what we could have done differently, or even looking at all that has happened in our lives up until now. This is simply a form of life review before we take the next step into the new reality. Another scenario which is currently manifesting as a result of our transition is the letting go of some of the things we manifested a few moths ago while we had not yet begun the transition. We were in different energy then, and manifested what was present within and without at that time. And that was a time of much darkness, so imagine what we may have connected to! In this regard, these things no longer match where we are now, and this will result in experiencing non-support from these particular manifestations. It is because they are no longer connected to us, and are somewhere else. It is then that we must know that something very new and much more in alignment with where we are now will soon show up for us. Currently, I find myself without web site support and we are also going to have to move out of our temporary rental home very soon. Both these manifestations represent a housing of two things most dear to me…my self expression via my web site and my home. Where we are residing then, can be most ready for a very new connection indeed! As these many re-alignments and this massive restructuring continue on, know that this is a monumental process this time around. It is taking so long because what is due to arrive is so massive as well. We are making great progress and new connections in bits and pieces as much is beginning to come together, but we are not yet all there. All is in divine and perfect order as always, even though we may not always understand what seems to be occurring! I guess I will continue to post these as they are issued. They seem to make me feel a little less disconnected and I hope they do the same for you! Much love and warm hugs! Blessings, one and all! Greetings! In this energy alert: Why there is so much suffering now present on the planet; Why everything is in divine and perfect order even though it may seem the world has gone mad; Where we are in the transition; What we can do to ease any discomfort we may be experiencing; And examples of the transition process unfolding in a beautiful and perfect way. We are basically in the same space as we were during the last energy alert, even though there have been a few minor movements which placed us in an even more secure position in readiness for the new. On February 20th we experienced a lunar eclipse, which brought a very definite end to the clearing and purging stage. You might have had significant dreams during this time which indicated that the purging was complete, or perhaps experienced other indicators in your life. The Mercury retrograde phase is now over as well, so then the going back and purging phases are now complete. Minor movements are occurring as we are still adjusting and aligning before the big tidal wave of new energy arrives. We are much more intact than we were even a week ago, as the “pressure” is subsiding and much more has taken a foothold now. This means that we are over the hump and the new energies should be arriving very soon indeed. This can manifest as a laziness or very relaxed state while we are waiting for the last finishing touches to take place. Everything on the planet is literally being turned inside out, as each and every thing which embodies energy needs to find its new location or home. Several times in the past few weeks, and especially in the past few days, we have had interesting occurrences with our electronics here where we live. Our cell phones and our satellite television have been unable to locate their “homes.” For several days we had no phone service as our phones could not seem to locate their towers, and our television has been “lost” and unable to connect to the transmitting satellite. And this is what is occurring on a massive global level as well. Each and every living thing is in the process of re-connecting to a higher vibration and to a higher version or reality of their places in the new reality. This takes time as it is vitally important that everyone and everything has an opportunity to be on board when the grand surge of new energy arrives. If you are one who is already aligned to the energies of the new, you will most likely feel as though you have hit a brick wall with an inability to move forward. You may feel jammed up with no room to breathe, or perhaps stuck and suffocating. There is indeed an energy wall present, and those of us who are most sensitive can feel it to a great degree. (I will list some possible ways for relief further on in this energy alert.) We cannot continue to line up with the old energies of a lower dimension or a lower vibrating reality, thus, we are stuck or immovable for a time until the wall is removed. This, again, will occur when each and every living thing on the planet has had enough time to make adjustments and to line up with their own unique “new.” I personally know individuals who are greatly benefiting from this aligning time we are being given. One individual had decided that after 8 years of a challenging marriage, it was finally time to move on. No question was in her mind…she had decided with complete certainty and was extremely happy and actually ecstatic about her new beginning…and a new beginning was indeed arriving for her. As she announced her decision to her husband and began to make her plans, she had a reading, which also confirmed for her that her husband was now out of the picture and very far behind her. Then very suddenly, changes were made within her husband, as well as other changes within her family structure. And now they are moving ahead together; a total and complete surprise. And this is how it is for many of us. Small but significant changes are indeed occurring even though we may be “waiting.” There are many scenarios unfolding which are awesome to behold, as it is so very evident that changes need to be made within each and every one of us. And when they are made, magic occurs and we are then aligned with the new reality. And this is also why there is so much suffering occurring now on the planet. Suffering is occurring to support individuals into making a change. When we are extremely miserable, we are more inclined to be open to doing things differently, or perhaps inclined to let go of internal patterns that have continued to cause us misery for a very long time. And as most of us know, we are the ones who cause ourselves misery, and in this way, we are then empowered to make change, as changing ourselves is what creates the change on the outside as well, and then the ball is in our own court. It can be difficult and very challenging to watch all this suffering around us. Our hearts go out to those involved. We deeply care. It can at times seem as though the world has gone mad. But we must also remember that each and every one of us is on our own unique journey, and our journeys are what create the needed changes. This is why it is best that we do not meddle in the fall. If we were to interfere and “hold up” what needs to fall, we would go down with it, as well as serve to create a fall that lasts much longer than it needs to. Another’s journey is just that. At times we can only watch with compassion and concern. But know as well, that during this miraculous time, many miracles are occurring. Situations which seemed horrific are finding beautiful resolutions, and this is when the magic occurs…it is through the suffering. This is many times the doorway to the higher realms. (Yes, at certain times we need to meddle and support, but this is not what I am referring to here.) Many of us are at different stages now in regard to being lined up for the new reality. This is why it is so vitally important that we are willing to wait for everyone to catch up. What is creating these unpleasant scenarios on the planet is the fact that we are in an energy lull right now. Basically, there is a diminished level of energy around us, or hitting the planet, or in other words, not much to connect to or to support us. This lack of energy then, is what is creating the scenarios of suffering. This can manifest as exhaustion, no drive, apathy, crying jags, empty gas tanks and dead batteries, a feeling of no support, nothing manifesting very well, or even hopelessness. But this energy lull is serving the purpose of allowing each and every thing on the planet to more readily identify what it is that is really and truly important to us. When we seem to have much of nothing (which is an illusion), then we tend to be grateful for the most important things in our lives. And it is these things that we want to hold onto and pay more attention to. Yes, this is a time when most of everything is being turned inside out as all is re-aligning. As mentioned in the past few energy alerts, it begins as the seeming underdog now rising to the place of recognized power. What were seeming underdogs in the past, or those that carried higher energies whose time had not yet arrived, are now being placed into positions of power. The latest manifestation of this is the situation with Kosovo. “Underdogs” are rising up. This progresses then, as the “old” or household energies which contained the power in the past, now losing their foothold. The elections here in the US are manifestations of this scenario. But as the progression continues, those losing their foothold begin to suffer, and thus, they are then given the opportunity to change, adjust, be more of who they really and truly are, or their authentic and higher vibrating selves, and the scenario again shifts as more and more living things become aligned to the new reality. So in this way, much is rockin’ and rollin’ with new surprises at every moment! With this movement into the higher realms being so massive, the challenges and confusion can be great. But know that at higher levels, everything is absolutely as it should be and everything is right on track. It can be tempting at times to desire an immediate change, or perhaps a change in our already decided upon direction, as we may feel that there has been some mistake. Here where Phil and I live in the high desert canyon lands of the southern end of the Rocky Mountains in the US Southwest, we are in the middle of yet another snowstorm which dropped about 10 inches. For the past few days we were experiencing temperatures in the 50’s, the mud was dissipating, and our hiking experiences were getting back to a more enjoyable level. And then boom! As Phil says, “We have to start all over again…” It is then that we may be tempted to relocate to a different area of better “climate,” but an awesome climate is due to arrive very soon if we just hold on awhile longer. And this is how some of us may be feeling now. Not yet, not yet, not yet, but soon…We can know that there is indeed an end to the transition, and indeed there is. And when enough of us are aligned to the new, there will arrive a massive shift in the energies. The wall will come down, we will all pass through into a higher vibrating reality, and we will easily forget the stage we currently find ourselves in. I was speaking to my mother the other day, and we were commenting as we always do during times of climate discomfort, that we will hardly remember how cold it was when we are hot and sweaty this summer! And vice versa for those of you in the southern hemisphere. After hours of labor during a birth, we easily forget the pain when the new baby arrives, or we would probably never give birth again. The new arrival is always worth the discomfort, and this new arrival will be like no other. We need to hold on for awhile longer in order for this unity to be complete. What can we do to ease the discomfort? Being that there is much less energy present now, we may feel empty and drained. A hug from someone can work wonders. If you do not have a someone to hug you or to hug back, our animal companions can work wonders. No animal companions or human huggers? Hugging a tree can really fill us up. No trees where you reside? Simply lie on the earth…it can be truly awesome and can serve to really connect us to the higher realms. Remember, we ascend through the earth herself. If the weather deters you from lying on the earth, place a tarp or some plastic down, dress very warmly, and enjoy your connection! Our little ones are also great connectors to the higher realms. I used to go to my granddaughter’s pre-school when she was three and play with all the kids, sliding down slides, digging in the sand, and running. It greatly helped. In addition, there is a continual pattern when we are in the discomforts of transition which involves an every other day scenario. The universe does not want us to become totally lost and discouraged, so at times we seem to experience one good day, then a challenging one, then another good one. This is the see-saw effect of our ascension process at work. In addition, the more removed from the mainstream you are, the less you will experience the discomforts of the fall. And knowing what is really going on, and that we are still in the transition, can also enable us to let go and relax, as we know with complete certainty that the new reality is right on the horizon. If we can detach as much as we can from what is occurring around us, connect to our creativity and to our loved ones in a loving way, or perhaps spend as much time as possible in nature, we can remain safe and sound during this time. Good morning, one and all! This is the Energy Alert that was posted yesterday - sorry I missed it, lol. It certainly fits the way I've been feeling and lots of my clients, as well. Blessings, dear friends! Greetings! Where in the heck is all that abundance, those big waves of light, joy, peace, and everything else that is supposed to have arrived in 2008, the year of New Beginnings? Are you perhaps wondering… “New beginnings…hah! What has happened now? Are things ever going to change? When is my ship going to come in? I’m sorry I ever dared to hope that the tide would ever turn! Every time I get my hopes up, they seem to get dashed by yet more unpleasantness and disappointments!” “I absolutely have no more left to give. My gas tank is empty, my battery is dead, and I am overdone waiting to receive. I can no longer serve, care, or even wade through masses of red tape, processes, or hoops to jump through in order to get anywhere! I need help! I can’t do this on my own anymore! I am wiped out, burnt out and exhausted, and now I am even getting cynical, angry, frustrated, impatient, edgy, grumpy, and even a bit depressed…even to the point where I have become darn right apathetic. I cannot go on like this for one more day! I have been stretched to the limit, and there is nothing more left that can stretch…this is just too much, especially after all I endured in 2007. I want to go home now…” If you have had any of these thoughts of late, you are not alone. The energies are building up and setting up, and this is causing pressure, blow ups, and huge bottlenecks that can make one feel claustrophobic, trapped with nowhere to go, stressed, pressured, edgy, and very irritable. And in addition, physical pressure can be felt as well in ways relating to being bloated, having sinus pressure, intestinal distress, indigestion, and nausea. We are under a pressure cooker now with these built up energies all around, and manifestations of this pressure are abounding. Here in the US news, there have been many mass shootings, screaming matches, accusations, and temper tirades; all symptoms of this building pressure. The current situation in Israel is yet another example of the pressure build-up. During these surges of higher energy, I usually receive a barrage of attacking and hostile e-mails and letters from readers, and this time was no exception. The opening has not yet been completely cleared for our mass entrance to the higher realms, and we are thus being compressed and piled up at the entrance. What a long labor in the birth canal it has been! Higher vibrating energies have been held back from their true and rightful place for awhile longer, and it can feel downright uncomfortable indeed. Some have reached the turning point (notably at the eclipse of the 7th or even before) and are more than ready, and others are still aligning. Did 2007 do us in? Has there just been too much challenge for our spirits to endure? Will we be able to recover? Is it too late? When the new and the great entrance to a higher vibrating reality is finally and completely opened, will we even care? Have we given up? Is this current wait we are experiencing just too much to endure? Well, here’s the scoop. As is usually the case, we are once again giving as many as possible plenty of time to arrive in their new higher vibrating spaces. We always want to embrace as much of the whole as possible, especially when this latest and impending leap is going to be such a huge one. In this regard, things are still being aligned (for me personally, I am oh so grateful as Phil and I would never have been able to re-unite!). We will be ever so thankful that we have waited. Waiting will affect much, as it will allow so many more of our brothers and sisters to be with us. Yes, there have been pivotal points along the way….planetary alignments and such which have served to strengthen and assist with this massive aligning process. Each new stepping stone is vitally needed, as each earmark serves to strengthen and support the process. Underdogs are beginning to rise to the surface and reign because they are more aligned now with the higher energies, and the old or familiar “household” energies are being usurped as these alignments progress (unless, of course, they change as well and become aligned themselves). As mentioned in the last energy alert, the Super Bowl here in the US and the phenomenon with Barack Obama are examples of this more aligned energy moving to the forefront. On Tuesday at the renowned Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, the second oldest continuously held sporting competition in the United States, Uno, a two year old beagle, won best in show. As the New York Times reported: “Beagle, a Breed Long Unsung, Wins Best in Show… Snoopy would be pleased. His breed, long passed over for glory, had finally triumphed.” Energies which have long been overlooked are now getting their due attention. And this means that lightworkers, or those carrying the light, will finally get their due or in other words, their time has finally come. For our time to come, we need to really be clear about what it is that we truly want…what we want from the deepest parts of our souls and from our heart of hearts, because we will most assuredly receive it. Not necessarily what we “think” is possible, but what it is that we really and truly want…or what is the most in alignment with our true and authentic selves. The highest vibrating parts of ourselves are what are aligning now in a very natural and vitally important way. Are we willing to let go of how we used to vibrate? Are we willing to let go of who we thought we were? Are we willing to let go of the aspects of ourselves that we needed in order to survive in the old world? Is it finally safe for our original innocence to come out? Can we go back to the pure and sensitive souls that we once were in our early childhood? In the newly arriving higher realms we most certainly can. Once we are aligned here, it can be darn right difficult to have to go back to the old reality where we were in charge, where we had to monitor things, where we had to protect ourselves, and where we had to be vigilant. In the higher realms we are aligned with and wired for the paradise energy. This is why we can no longer make things happen ourselves, why we are exhausted from doing it all, and why we are so ready to receive and even retire. We are ready to receive now because in the higher realms reality, this is how it is. Things simply fall into our laps, we need not do anything to get anything, and so forth. In addition, our relationships are much more about companionship and joy, with no corresponding issues. Just fun, laughter, peace, and bushels of love! We are currently manifesting some of these things in bits and pieces, but once the gates open all the way, we will be flooded with the new reality of the higher realms. How long will this re-aligning process continue? Personally, I do not know…and this is the beauty of it. At our soul levels, we continue to have “meetings,” always concurring as a group with the plan and how it should best unfold. And because of this, the grand plan is always open for change, surprises, and never ending miracles! When enough have been given the opportunity to “choose” or to align, and consequently done so, then a shift in energy or an energy “break” will occur, and the gates to heaven will open, releasing the bottleneck we are now feeling as many who are now ready are being jammed up at the gate….and darn right frustrated! And it is always best to have these pivotal moments coincide with planetary alignments or celestial events, as they greatly serve to support or carry these energies through. They are great vehicles indeed. March will be pivotal with the equinox, as each consecutive equinox usually serves to be more powerful than the preceding one. But no one will know for sure until the time is right. It can be frustrating and strange feeling that the “new” is perhaps not yet here. And we are craving the new as we are now aligned with it. We cannot go back…it can feel downright awful when we have to engage in or still be a part of the old. Feelings of depression can result, as we may feel stuck, disappointed, held back, in the wrong place, or perhaps even tired of waiting and we may not even know why we are so crabby, weary, or deflated! We have waited a very long time for this very new beginning to arrive, and in order to do it right and with integrity, and assure that as many are on board as possible, we must wait a bit longer. Seems as if these are being issued more often these days. I will try to keep you all posted as they are issued! Blessings! Greetings! Have you been cleaning out your closets of late? Re-arranging those file cabinets? Going through your old storage places? Getting rid of all those old cd’s you no longer listen to? Throwing out things you have not been utilizing for awhile and feel are no longer a fit for you now? Are you re-arranging and organizing? Mercury retrograde is assisting us in preparing for our very new beginnings. Going back and clearing out the old is a part of this process. Innately, we are getting ready for what is to come, as we will soon be very busy with all the new manifestations and won’t have much time to deal with old business. In addition, the old no longer serves us in a new beginning as it is part of an energy of the past…an energy which does not exist in this very new reality we are now poised to experience. “Where do I go from here?” you may be wondering. “I can no longer go back to the old creations of what was, or to where I once was, but I have absolutely no idea where I am headed now! And where is it anyway? Nothing seems to be arriving or manifesting for me! Just a lot of confusion and see-sawing!” Yes, we cannot go back. This is because we are no longer in alignment with the old. Through the massive restructuring and purging and releasing process we undertook in 2007, we are now most certainly no longer a match for what we once were. So then, we know we must go forward into something new, as it is most certainly time for our very new beginnings. The challenge we now face, is that a higher vibrating reality which we now match has not yet been created, and we then find ourselves in states of confusion, feeling lost, identity crisis, lack of confidence, insecurity, and the like. “Where in the world am I?” you may wonder. “And who in the world am I?” you may wonder as well. Going forward into situations and creations of the old only serves to feel like a lateral change, and a disappointing one at best…and many of us know that it is indeed time for a change. This state of being can create indecisiveness as well, because we are not totally sure about this or that as nothing seems to fit as it should. We cannot say “YES!” like we may want to. The presidential elections here in the US are illuminating this state as well. One moment we will have a frontrunner, and the next this candidate will be at the bottom of the poles. There is a new twist and turn at every moment. We are in a state of indecisiveness, confusion, insecurity, and angst because things are not yet settled in regard to what is coming. There is still time for change, and time for individuals and situations to make new and different decisions before the big thrust of the new arrives. Individuals are moving ahead, others are not willing to make a change or release the old, and thus, new matches are abounding. And then suddenly, changes may be made and an entirely new scenario unfolds again. It can be difficult to stay steady and catch up to all these roller coaster manifestations! And finding and declaring a steady path can be near impossible as well! So then, during this time, we are being asked to consult our heart of hearts. Our heart of hearts…the deepest part within us…who we really are…what we are really about…thus, what we are really wanting. We have left much of our old selves behind (and will continue with this process over and over again), and now what we are being matched up to might be something entirely different than we have ever known before. Because we have tapped into and are now vibrating our true and more purified selves more than ever before, what we thought we may have wanted last year, may now no longer fit. We are different people now. When we search deep within us, we may find that we now want what we have been missing in our lives for a very long time. We are attempting to balance out, in addition to creating what is in alignment with who we really and truly are. There is but another piece as well. We need our brothers and sisters with us now. We can no longer create and live alone. We are now vibrating more than ever as a whole. We can no longer do “it” by ourselves. We need each other as never before. The new babies are arriving as well…and arriving in droves! It is so exciting to see. They are so ready to be here, as they know that much has been accomplished and it is now time for them to be here and hold the energy for a very new world. We just found out that my daughter is having twins! We are so excited, as she was not planning a pregnancy, and twins do not run in any of our families. These new little ones want to be here, and are taking every opportunity to find an opening! They are a very new energy, and vibrate very differently than any of our little ones so far. So then, the dramas are not over yet. There is still time for many new twists and turns as things are still lining up for us. The best thing we can do right now, is to ask ourselves what it is that we truly want, down to the very last detail. Things are never all or nothing, black or white. It is always best to tweak our dreams into scenarios and realities that truly fit in all ways. We may want a little of this here, and a little of that there…not necessarily an end to some things, but perhaps just less of some things and more of others. It is time to get brutally honest now. Behaviors and manifestations in others that may have bothered us in the past may have bothered us because we needed and wanted more of what the other had, but could not rationalize or allow it in ourselves. This type of situation comes from mis-perceptions within us…and we all have them! We are now poised at a very beautiful place where we can do all of this. We can really and truly decide what it is that we want. What we really want and perhaps could never admit to or were not consciously aware of, or even ready for until now. Most first wavers want to retire. They have done a lot for this planet so far. The end of this rainbow involves setting up for the new world, and then choosing if we want to stay in our self created heaven or move on into a very new universe which our souls have never experienced before. It is a time for the graduation of our souls. A time like never before. So then, some will strongly desire their heaven on earth, and others will be at a place where they desire to assist humanity and serve in regard to getting more and more souls on board and into the higher realms. And then, of course, many will be doing both for awhile. I have written more about this structure and plan on my new web site, but part of me is so wanting to retire that I have manifested a “lost in the mail” new laptop (for weeks now!), and a new web site that seems to be taking forever to be ready! Know that we are always right where we need to be, and all, as always, is in divine and perfect order. The dust has yet to settle.
