The technical web we live in.....I've been on the fone for one hour talking and I am pissed off.  No, I did'nt have to listen to an annoying jingle designed to make you hang up, I went right through and presented my tech problem in steps 1 2 3 clearly detailed & let them know I tried each & every self help crap they offered & then plainly told them your shit doesnt work, it's not me, it's you. They then say Hmm, we're gonna get that taken care of Right Away...We're transferring you to our level 2 support..hold on now...hold on
This is level 2 what seems to be the problem..I said What!! you dont Know?? and I have to do it all over again remembering to be as curtious, paitent & throurough as the first time.  From now on, when I get them on the phone, I will then inform them that are being recorded and when they transfer me to level 2, I'll just play back the tape & all is well...Dang


I mentioned that my phone is gone as of firday, everything is validated with that number, I'm locked out of google, my bank, etc
After my hr with my bank, I then had the pleasure of more of the same with ATT
We put these security steps in to protect us online, however they collapse in the time of lockdowns, The web only allows for two ways to authenticate,after that you must show up in person to verify yourself...umm you cant do that right now...so now what??
