Say you're to the point with someone that you want to live together. They decide to come move in with you. You get a house or have a house that would adequately serve them and their children and you and your children providing there are some involved.
You want to get a farm house, a rather big one, 4 to 6 bedrooms or close to that, big yard, great for the kids to play.
Now in this situation should the person staying where they are at, make sure the house is rented or purchased beforehand? Or should the two meet somewhere and choose a place together, then make plans to buy or rent jointly at that point? |
