| My husband works on a farm, is in on salary. He works 7 days a week, and is on call 24 hours a day. He works hard for the money he receives, which is a modest living. I feel that his boss it trying to take advantage of him. Not only does he take care of the farm ,which I agree is part of his job description....but the boss expects my hubby to cut and weed eat HIS yard, and now is expecting my husband to work on his personal vehicle (without receiving extra pay). I think he is trying to take advantage of my husband. Should my husband stand up to his boss, and tell him that doing the "extra" things is not included in his job description, or should he suck it up and do what ever the boss wants, because after all, he is the boss? |
