Currently I have Medicaid, I'm on Supplemental Security Income for Schizophrenia and Respiratory illness, would paying for supplement benefits on top of my current Medicaid plan be a wise course of action?

I had the details sent to my email and the insurance broker has been forthcoming this far.
The rate is fixed for 1 year starting from the date of initialization
