I compose and play all of the music that appears on my site,some tracks here has sarah mason on vocals,which she adds nice pieces to my tunes,and I add the guitar work as well as adding extras like the synthesizer, keyboards and bass. My music can be described as dark and sinister and is inspired by horror films like Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Halloween; Hills have Eyes, Wrong Turn and Friday 13th. It has always been my dream to break in to the film industry, playing my music behind great horror films. I grew up listening to all styles of music from Country to Rock and Roll. My music these days is influenced by idols such as Tony Iommi (who has recently commented that my own covered version of Snowblind by Black Sabbath was Awesome work!), Craig Goldy, (former guitarist of Dio) and Zakk Wylde of Black Label Society. I began playing the guitar because of my father influences when I was 7 years old. My father has also played in bands all his life. I still listen to all sorts of music today from country music and classic rock to new age metal, classical and Spanish music. Through my years of playing guitar, Ive also had the chance to meet AC/DC and Dokken. I won a competition when I was 17, and saw the guys backstage on the Blow Up your Video tour. To go on stage with the band was nerve wrecking but it turned out to be the best experience of my life! Especially as it was at Wembley arena stage in front of 95,000 fans! Although it was a bit daunting, it was ace for me. I still cant believe I got to meet the ultimate guitarist George Lynch of Dokken. He is the most amazing player. Ive always loved his style and meeting him backstage was awesome for me. He was so friendly and certainly not big headed like some bands get. I dont understand why they act that way as after all, we are all doing what we love to do and just playing our music.
