Some days
Some days I'm not such a knight
angry for little reason
snarling tired of this season
enervated
exasperated
effete,
As the dark days reach their
Demise
necrosis,
And the gleam of a new dawn
banishes my souls twilight
I find myself
impatient
intolerant
to be rid of the noxious
pernicious,
pestilential,
remnants of the nigritude,
i have passed through
yet cling to me
i thirst for the denizens
of the day
love
peace
hope
i would free myself
of the pernicious
vapors of the night
If i had a wish
lonely
is the first demon
I would slay
