I am being honest ..I have PTSD which has become a part of my life, however i find being online is extremely hard to tolerate most days when i read some of the things other people post about and it sets me off at the level of stupidity some people express on here. Then there is the other side of me who has learned this is online and you can expect anything really and i can shut the computer off .
Some of my escapes include high level activity such as motorcycles shooting running hiking kick boxing or other sports where i can take my anger out on. My "Mumm" is about this.. there isn't much i haven't tried but i am thinking about getting a new pet that was recommended would help me deal with my PTSD since i am single and could spend some of my energy on and maybe some companionship ..would you suggest a dog where i could take him or her jogging swimming or hiking ..or a cat to cuddle love and look after? |
