Born in Nashville, Tennessee, however his early childhood years were spent in Calhoun, Georgia and Greenwood, Mississippi due to his father’s career moves. SMOKE returned to Tennessee at the age of 11, remaining a resident of Springfield, Tennessee since that time. SMOKE began rapping at 13 in the basement of his home in a make shift studio with friends and a microphone. Selling approximately 3000 “Cloud 9” CD’s locally from his first album attempt at age 15, produced and written by SMOKE.

Continuing to work with underground producers such as Prince Blakk and DJ Shy One, as well as known Nashville producers like Fate Eastwood, SMOKE has accomplished a professional level of sound and integrity, enhanced by his outstanding lyrical writings. “Fallen” continues to be a favorite of multiple genre listeners with its emotion and lyrical reality.

August 2006 – release of his first major project “Only Time Will Tell” a CD/DVD combination with DVD containing mini movie production and bonus “Pain No More” video. His release of “You Can Talk” has generated over 17,000 plays on youtube.com
