Hi All!
A little birdie told me I was being too quiet and wanted to know if I was staying out of trouble. So I figured I'd shoot out a blog before I go to bed. I wonder who that little birdie is? hehehe
Ok, here is the short version...I went to my GP yesterday, and he put me through a range of motion test on both of my shoulders. He came up with strained/possibly torn tendons in both rotator cuffs. As if the back wasn't enough. *eyeroll* So basically, I have no choice but to be good. I can hardly move! LOL I had to do some driving today, and let's just say, you don't realize how much you use your shoulders and arm muscles to steer unless you do something like this. Ugh! At least the left shoulder isn't as bad as the right, and I'm a leftie, so that helps.
Here's the freaky thing...I have no idea how I managed to do this. LOL I have to train myself to sleep on my back because I usually sleep on my right side. Not anymore! Ouch!
Ok, enough whining for now. I've noticed that I don't share much of my thoughts and feelings in my blogs. So I have decided to write a series of blogs on something that hits very close to home. Hopefully I will be able to help other people who are going through the same thing based on my experiences. I'm not going to reveal the subject now, but I'll give you a hint...it involves airports, lightheadedness, and becoming a stronger person, among other things. I hope that everyone can take at least some little thing from it. Stay tuned!
I'm off to bed with my ice packs. I think if they end up in bed with me any more than they do now, I'll have to name them. LOL
