My ex just informed me he has managed to file his taxes for the next year already. Our 2 daughters live with me and our son lives with him. He claimed all 3 kids on his tax return. Should I just let it go, or should I file my taxes claiming my 2 daughters. He doesn't pay any child support or provide any form of support for the girls. I know there will be an audit if I claim the girls, which is fine with me (I can provide ample proof of residency).
