The 2nd Annual Rock on the Range is scheduled to be a 2-day event during the weekend of May 17-18, 2008 returning to Columbus Crew Stadium[1]. On February 11, 2008, 99.7 The Blitz, the host radio station for Rock on the Range in Columbus, OH, confirmed Stone Temple Pilots as the headlining band[2]. The very next day, Rock on the Range posted on their website 25 of the 28 bands that will be performing. Ticketmaster has listed the days that the bands are scheduled to perform on (subject to change).[3]

Tickets go on sale February 23, 2008 at 10:00 AM. All tickets are General Admission, meaning there are no assigned seats. Prices are as follows:
One Day Both Days

With Field Access $64.50 $114.50
Gates are set to open at 11:00 AM on both days. The maximum tickets sold with access to the field is 15,000. The show should end around 11:00 PM on Saturday and 10:00 PM on Sunday. Rock on the Range has also stated that LED video screens will be added to the main stage, capacity at Columbus Crew Stadium will increase from last year's event, and access to the festival grounds will be quicker and easier from last year as well.
