love just about anything outdoors as long as it's summer cuz I hate cold weather. Yuck!! Heading for Cali in a couple years. Love fishing, water stuff...... canoeing, etc. Really wanna go parasailing and white water rafting. Love to laugh and love excitement and adventure. Love hip hop, motown, rap, R&B, jazz, blues, just about anything except country music.

see. I write poetry, am an aspiring actress getting a BA
in theatre, love to fish, love the water, love to read,
really like logic puzzles, and am pretty much a kid at heart.
OK. Here's the deal. Guy here on Lost Cherry is freakin'
out cuz he says his wife is the only Raven and is pissed
cuz I have the nerve to call myself Raven. So, just so
ya'll know, I AM the poet Raven. I have been for almost
30 years. I will always be Raven. If dude don't like
it, hey, not my prob. Here is an example of my work.
Ode to Depression
Dismal, dark
It looms nearby
Waiting there
For passersby
Who without
A single cry
Vanish in
The blink of an eye.
Looming still
O'er depressed soul
Gloomy, dark
As pitch and coal
Seeking out
It's nightly goal
Pull into
It's deep, dark hole.
Waiting in
The dark of night
Watching for
What's not in sight
Seeking out
What feels so right
Touch their souls
And squeeze so tight.
