Tom Tancredo — has just been awarded his freedom by an appellate court in Guadalajara, Mexico, Fox News is reporting. Chapman was arrested and faced extradition to and a long prison term in Mexico after he captured Max Factor heir and convicted rapist Andrew Luster when no one else could or would.
