i want to quit smoking, been a smoking since i was 12 and i am tired of it.
i have tried quitting cold turkey, but that never lasted. i am thinking trying patch or i heard this pill they got out works however with insurance it is VERY expensive like a prescription is in the range of 200.00 + .
and side effects not to mention running out and not able to get anymore.
so think I should :
A. try the patch
or
B. try to get prescription and hope for the best? |
