I have managed to last longer than I did last time without the fags, stopped on the 12th March and haven't smoked since. I am still on the patches, forgot them yesterday and kept on falling asleep at work, so hopefully if I can manage to wean myself off the fags properly will then need to wean myself off the patches. But anyway not doing so bad seeing as its the 17th of April today though.
