ok I have noticed since I came back to fu that a lot of people like having personalized tool tips on their profiles. now I'm not sure if some people are messing with everyone or they just don't know that it can be really hard to rate/ do anything with the font size being so small if the mouse pointer is blocking everything or the tip is not actually on the top. so I ask are they messing with every one or did they just not know?
