I have a sister who was diagnosed with liver cancer in 1989 and was given 9 months to live. Her doctor told her about this this doctor who was doing experimental liver transplants. She was one of 8 patients to receive a liver transplant. they removed her pancreas, spleen, stomach, small intenstine and transplanted a new liver into her. she is the only survivor.
in 20 years she has been through alot but has always managed to pull herself up and keep her faith in God.
recently she has been put on dialysis and has been very depressed and tired. today she would up in the emergency room because her blood pressure dropped and she was having problems breathing. of course it is difficult for the doctors to take care of her, since she is a miracle and no one ever expected her to live this long.
please keep her in your prayers. she is a wonderful person who was able to get through day by day trials from her faith in God. always saying that this is her cross to bare and thinks about how Jesus suffered on the cross. Her faith has gotten her through this.
