As I sit here typing this I am on the phone with Sprint/Nextel, they processed my credit card payment over a week ago and then today turned my phones off, this is the second time it has happened. They make a big deal about apologizing for the mistake,my inconvience, and promise it won't happen again but here it goes again. So my question is should I stay with them or go with someone else. I still have awhile left on my contract so I will pay an early termination fee, but I wonder if it is worth it. |
