I work the graveyard shift in an assisted living center. During the 11pm to 7am shift there is only one person on duty for 12 residents.
The other night while one of the girls were working their graveyard shift a resident fell and was hurt very bad. 911 had to be called and the resident had to be hospitalized. This is not the first time, a resident has fallen on this persons shift.
If people tend to fall on her shift only, does this mean she is not doing her job and she should be suspended, or does she just need to be re-trained? |
